Hours Bank Canada Public Social Insurance Across the Generations Defending your Charter rights to life, liberty and security of the person
As Canadians, we care.
Give the Gift of Help.
Seniors without money can’t hire
someone. Alone, no one shows up to help.
An entire generation of young
Canadians, just starting life, now caught
between low wages and impossible
expenses, also facing a grim future.
Who is helping them?
This is life insecurity, and we can certainly solve it.
Social Security Across the Generations
Two engaging exercises for realistic decision-making in life:
One. Imagine a scenario of survival. What will you need, and in what order? What is
most often forgotten? Land you have rights to be on. A place to exist. Right now, an
entire new generation is locked out and will never earn enough money to buy land.
Denied tiny homes. Denied the chance to start. Where are your inheritance rights?
Two. Imagine what it takes to create a pioneer village. The right to build a shelter for
yourself, of your design and choice. A place to work and a place to grow food. A place to
make things and sell what you’ve made. You’ve lost your Pioneer Rights, the right to
build a life for yourself by the labour of your own hands. Why are we not free to live?

fate of nations, the World Scientists’ Warning to Humanity at the Alliance of World Scientists
The Supreme Court of Canada backs your right to decide how you want
to live, ruling that the purpose of recognizing equal rights and
freedoms under Sections 1 and 7 Charter law is to allow individuals
and families to make fundamental decisions of profound importance
to their lives free from extreme State interference.

Youthworks
Under parental direction, creating a permanent pool of Charter-protected work
in all areas of our core economy of essential human needs. All of the work that
used to belong to this generation. Meeting all household needs, with care for
families and the ecosystems tha sustain our lives as the sole basis of the
economy. Gardening, with Food & Flower gardens, and yardwork. Inner City
Orchards, offering not only tree planting but tree care, harvesting, storage and
processing. Light house repair and painting, cleaning, babysitting, cooking. A
family support network. Teams of youth printing a flyer and offering the full
range of services of the group. Grocery shopping, rides and delivery. Everything
from computer help to organizing social events, marketing, preparing flyers and
posters. Meeting community needs, all under parental direction, in the creative
context of family and friends.
Here, we consider the components of life security across the generations, each
aspect of a household budget, meeting physical needs and also recognizing the
care and connectivity needed for broader needs of education, healthcare and
social care. These are the broadest activitied of caring community wherein only
parents know and understand the stages of development of their children, their
interests, needs and wants, and can direct them to the best activities for
learning and development. Right now, our kids are flung into the avarice of the
open market for work and career development, but not all are suited for such a
route. It is at present easy for someone to learn how to make pizza, or get into
bike repair, but entry into the market is atrociously difficult. So much so, that
teams of parents may be needed to get teams of their young adults set up in life,
with starter homes and businesses.
Consider the investment in a rototiller, working several yards in a
neighborhood to grow tomatoes, kale and more. How will that money be
returned from sales? Can the student do paid work as well, simply by showing
up and showing themselves keen to work? A parental plan with parental
investment may be needed, with Green Bonds as labour-backed loans. What we
get back out of the deal is good food at a good price. We can make many deals
like this. There being no limit on the creative spirit and the types of work of
interest.
What we can say is this. Each new generation has the Pioneer Right to carve out
a life for themselves using the best ideas and shrugging off the worst. Tackling
problems their parents thought impossible, and rising to the challenges of a
brave new world. For we now have a world unlike that which our parents
imagined, with much change here now, and much to do to preserve, protect and
defend a healthy vision of life for ongoing future generations. Here we take on
the greatest challenge of our lives, our grand human challenge of meeting our
universal and Charter Section 7 rights to ongoing life, liberty and security of the
person. Welcome to our brave new world.
Life is unaffordable. An entire generation of young Canadians is now trapped between low wages and high house prices. We are in a
work- and food-security crisis requiring a significant scale and speed of response. We are in a global species extinction event facing a
grim future. Now is the time to act. We know the problems and we know what to do. We have many solutions. One solution is to get
people out to farms in mobile work crews housed in army-style tents. These have wood floors and are large enough for a bed, chair,
desk and stove. Propose a business or start one. Use the Hours Bank to record time and work done. Join the Company of Canadians to
get an instant corporate structure of working with others on projects and ventures. Let’s get farms running and permanently stabilized.
Aiming to go green, the Company of Canadians is a limited-profit social enterprise using the Canadian Charter as its charter, tackling
every issue of life, liberty and security of the person. This is not a hiring situation; instead, we are simply inviting all to join the
Company of Canadians in a major effort to solve major problems, mitigate crisis and go green fast.
We now seek founding members to form our Hours Bank system of social security. Help someone in need. Bank your hours. Receive
help later in life. This is not about money. This is about connecting people, creating new green jobs for this generation, getting care to
seniors and anyone in need. All volunteers in any organization can bank their Social Security Hours to get help later in life when they
need it (HoursBank.ca).
Using the Hours Bank, those starting a venture can bank their Venture Hours, recording time, activities and expenses during the
critical business start-up phase. In care for ecosystems, planting food, trees and tending Nature, you can bank your EcoHours.
We are now looking for highly competent Canadians to guide our nation through crisis into permanent life stability.
We need immediate job creation working with wood, metals and plastics, generating multiple products and product lines, unleashing
your skills of design and creative invention. Drawing also on the great designs of our past, returning great tools to the market. By
parental care and investment, and by pooling time, tools, materials and resources, getting this generation set up in life and business by
self-determination free from the crushing forces of coercion aiming to take and control everything. We have many innovations in tiny
homes and energy, with urgent needs to restore the basis of the economy crushed after Covid lockdowns.
Now is the time for parental protection of this generation. Protecting the basis of life and all life-sustaining Charter-protected work in
our core economy of essential human needs. Not by a grand scheme, but by parents who know their kids well, making small business
plans, connecting with friends, family and neighbours. A plan to repay a rototiller needed to plant Food & Flower Gardens and build
real life skills.
We need significant efforts throughout our neighborhoods to attain local food security. With fruit trees and flower gardens supporting
bees. With plans to start planting early. With plans for greenhouses, harvesting, storing, processing, making and selling products. We
need low-barrier work with free business plans.
Propose a business or help build one in Farm Help for food security and sustainable rural economic development. Building cabins,
growing food, getting work parties out to farms. Join our Land-Homes-Work Deal to exert your Pioneer Rights. These being urgent
needs requiring parental and community support for sensible action. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment in Canadian history with the
lives and future of our children on the line.

CNC carving machine ready to use. We plan to make innovative strong designs in woodworking, in tables, doors, trusses and chairs.
We plan to recycle and work plastics and metals, making molds from aluminum and zinc, reshaping steel.
Join our Youthworks Green Job Creation Team. We have multiple green ventures road tested and ready to roll out. In food and work
security, join a Green Team or work on your own to plant Food & Flower Gardens. Join a project or start your own.
Join our Batteries, Solar, Motors and Off-Grid Power Tools Manufacturing Group. Join our Electric bike and Small Electric
Vehicles (SEVs) Sales, Repair and Manufacturing Group. Join our Electrochemistry Voltaics Working Group for metal coating,
thin-sheet deposition and lithium battery manufacturing. Here we have the basis of physics in materials science for innovative
industrial and medicinal design. Join us to tackling wise energy use, transportation and ground-temperature heating and cooling
systems for houses.
In equal citizen-government relations correcting many woes, you are hereby invited to join the Ccats, the Canadian Charter Action
Team. Acting as caring parents, defending the lives of this generation of young Canadians against massive corruption in banking,
business and government driving our destruction. In local action on the housing crisis, defending the Pioneer Rights to this generation
to start a life and build it by the work of their own hands, join a local UN-tent-style mobile Crisis Response Command Centre to take
back our lives and land.
Is everything in place? No. We need lawyers, accountants, farmers, students, bakers, makers, welders, crafters, gardeners, organizers,
planners, thinkers, do-ers. A bit of everything, unleashing your creativity and giving outlet for all the interests that make up who you
are and who you can be. For debt-free economics, join our zero-interest CC Banking and Insurance Group. We need programmers to
get our servers set up.
For now I am handling all the social connectivity personally, writing a Community Work Plan (see last section of HCAP.pdf) and
gathering people around diverse interests and opportunities.

Seniors.
The government plan is to get you into “care” homes as a
real estate model designed to strip you of everything at
the rate of $5000 per month. Inflation has cut the value of
everything you ever earned in half. Yet you know and
understand all of life. This is about wisdom transfer.
We are requesting your help now to set up personal care
systems connecting you with this young generation. Help
build a personal care system based on what you want,
with people that actually show up to help.
A UN-style emergency relief tent designed for
Canadian winters is the size of a 10’ x 12’ room with
an insulated wood floor, a lockable door, two-layer
shrink-plastic windows and insulated walls.
Waterproof on the outside, fabric walls on the inside,
large enough for a single bed, a desk, chair and stove.
Tall enough to stand in. With added features of heat
and flexible solar panels tied to lithium batteries for
lighting.
We can easily organize food security in cities. Youth
lack resources, land and homes. Seniors have that.
Green jobs with care for seniors means connecting
with them and showing up to plant fruit trees, food &
flower gardens. Ecological care. Tied to building
greenhouses for early starts, and harvesting with
processing in the fall. In this, we need sales outlets
for products. Such foundational life-security work
which must not be removed from anyone.
Join the Hours Bank to defend your basis-of-
life Social Security.
