Western Uplands 2006

Labour day weekend is the second last long weekend of the camping season. Rob and I were itching to do some hiking,
so we decided to tackle the northern most loop of the Western Uplands trail. An area neither of us had hiked before.
We covered 53 km over the course of four days. The terrain of the northern loop varies from easy to difficult, and
four days made this distance a reasonable comfortable hike of 5 to 6 hours a day on the trail.
