ACC Ottawa Summer Camps - 2024

Bill Barrett organized two back to back weeks in the Canadian Rockies for the summer of 2024.
The first week had us
based out of the ACC Canmore clubhouse, heading out on day trips to climb the nearly infinite variety of routes
available in this area, with a notable focus on multi-pitch alpine sport.
The second week started with a couple of nights in
Lake Louise at the Alpine Center Hostel, and then four nights up at the Bow Hut at the base of the Wapta icefield. For
both camps we were blessed
with perfect weather (though a little bit hot), and success was made on at least one objective every day. Fun was had
by all participants.
