ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

May 29, 1986

The foreign woman took part in a Gallant's workout. She looked peculiar when she saw Zane. He told Felicia he wanted to do something about Cass.

Roy Mulberry [the witness] is rather a drunk.

Jake burst into Michael's office [he bursts in everywhere these days] and said he wanted to know where Marley was. Michael told him the people in hell wanted ice water. Jake insisted. Michael said he couldn't think of one good reason to tell him.

Catlin told Brittany he didn't think he could make it without Sally. Donna made a noise in her hasty flight. Catlin said it was Sally's raccoon. She told him life would go on without Sally. He said Kevin and finding out who had done this to Sally would keep him going. She was eager to impress upon him that no one had hurt Sally. He said he knew someone had followed Sally and he'd make that person pay.

Michael told Jake he didn't like him any more. He asked why he wanted to see Marley. Jake said he didn't want her to be upset. Michael told him that was very SPORTSMANLIKE of him. Jake told him to tell him where she was. Michael asked if he had a brother. Jake said he did. Michael suggested he think how he would feel if his brother had been sleeping with his fiancé. He said he hadn't slept with Victoria since he met Marley. [He met Marley February 8th, 1985. Sleeping with Victoria ceased October 10th, 1985. I just thought somebody ought to remind you.] He told him about the anonymous letter sent to Nancy. Michael's behavior became utterly incomprehensible and Jake attacked him when he suggested he admit he'd been caught with his pants down. [It has something to do with Victoria. Go ahead, ask me if I understand what's going on.]

Roy said Cass had been drunk and unconscious.

Jake apologized. Michael said he found it hard to be sympathetic when he was fooling around with both of his daughters. Jake said he hadn't slept with Vic since Marley and not at all with the beloved. Michael said he'd hurt both of his daughters. Jake said he loved Marley and he wanted to find her. Michael asked if he loved her or wanted to sleep with her. [So if Michael's noticed, I figure he has, but there ARE other women in the world. He's not making much sense today.] He refused to help him. He summoned Sherri and said Jake was on his way out. Jake: I thought you were on my side. Michael told him he had no future with either of his daughters. Jake said he [ Michael] knew where Marley was. Michael ignored him. Jake left. Michael proceeded investigating Donna's money. He said he didn't understand Jake.

Donna couldn't find Peter. She wants him to see the floor show at the cabin.

Roy identified the tuxedo women as a drawing by Cory of Clarice and his teacher. He said he'd seen Cass put on a clipper ship. MJ showed him out. She refused to believe him. Kathleen was eager to make something of his story. The only discrepancy is the strangeness of the clipper ship, after all.

Felicia opened a locker idly and found a jacket with the crescent moon star pin. She decided to call the police. Zane phoned. She told him about the brooch. He said he was on his way.

MJ has people investigating the crescent moon star thing. Kathleen doesn't think they're doing enough. Felicia called and they rushed to Gallant's.

Peter returned home. Donna told him Brittany was up at the cabin Comforting Catlin. Enter Britt. Peter asked where she'd been. She claimed to have been running errands. He told her not to lie. She told him she'd been comforting [note the small C] Catlin. She went to rest.

Donna's money is in an extremely convoluted bank. Someone is holding up her funds.

Although Felicia had guarded the door, when the police arrived the jacket was gone and the ladies' room window open.

Michael called Donna. None of the companies associated with the convoluted bank rang any bells. "Something is very wrong here," he said to himself. Donna bugged Peter about Brittany. He went out for a walk. He said he could handle his own wife.

Carter told Jake Tom hadn't heard from Marley. Jake asked him to let him know if she did. Enter Lily. Exit Jake. Carter asked Lily's advice.

The foreign woman warned the queen that the Bay City Police Department was investigating its head off. She assured her she'd finish up and see her soon. Give my regards to M. Winthrop.

Tom was accepted to pre Med at UCLA but they can't finance it. Carter's prepared to desert his Bay State football scholarship and follow her out west. She [Lily] told him to apply to UCLA and leave the rest to her.

When Kathleen told Zane about the far-fetched clipper ship he said it might not be a clipper ship but the tugboat called the Clipper Ship owned by Freddie Dorfman.

Liz asked Catlin to have dinner with her and Kevin. She told him he'd made Sally happy. "Not all the time, I didn't.," he said. He said he'd never love anyone as much as he loved Sally. She said she'd never forgive Brittany for the terrible things she had said at Rachel's. Catlin rushed out to confront Britt.

Zane and Felicia and Kathleen set out for the Pig Whistle.

Carter agreed to tell Jake if Marley called. Lily phoned her business manager and asked him to get her someone in charge of "this little school in California."

Catlin asked Brittany where she'd been when Sally died. She said she'd been at the Love mansion. Donna reminded her she hadn't come home until late. He persisted. She tried to leave and he caught her arm.
