The Blair House community offers 55+ seniors a central location with easy access to stores and services.
There is a large common room with a kitchen available for parties, meetings, and everyday socializing.
There is an Aging in place office located in the common room that provides service/support programs.
Adjacent garden space is also available for social gatherings and meetings. The outdoor space included a rooftop terrace now CLOSED.

Blair House has a number of features,both in the building and surrounding area.
The building's common room features a pool table ,card table, dart board, shuffleboard, two exercise machines, small kitchen, plus ground floor washroom.
The side yard is large and had an ornamental flower garden, garden shed with tools, barbecue, picnic table, two rocking tables, and lots of room for the vegetable garden.
CLOSED The rooftop patio was the best kept secret of this place with it's privacy and Safety in this relaxed quiet atmosphere being removed from the street.
This sanctuary provided the nicest experience in the morning for breakfast or late at night to stargaze.
This area would have also allow for the best rooftop hydroponic garden in Ottawa with no shadows cast from taller buildings and available 110 volt power.
