Welcome to the family history website of Ralph Ernest Scribner and Marilyn Eileen Wellwood. We were married on May 4, 1968 in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia and have raised two boys, Kevin and Karl. We have always respected our grandparents and were curious of our forefathers who came before. Our sons can tell stories of the times they were hauled off to cemetery plots where I would record the names and dates of ancestors markers. My family history will cover the Scribner, Bursey, Wortman and Willis. Marilyn’s family history will cover her maiden name of Wellwood and also Bailey, Gilby and McPhee. Our study begins with Henry Allen Scribner and Marshall John Wellwood.
