Ada and Nancy arrived at the Corys for the annual Thanksgiving dinner. Rachel told them they were going out for dinner.
Mitch and Matthew did their work. Matthew is in a bad mood. He is a most revolting child.
Cass phoned MJ and commanded her to come home for Thanksgiving dinner. He told her Mary would be there at Vince's so-gracious invitation.
Reginald phoned Mary for her answer. He was as charming as he could be. When she was civil he pressed his advantage and told her she loved him. She hung up. Reginald told Bridget Mary was coming. Bridget reported that Victoria was staying with Donna. He wasn't pleased but -- as long as Mary's coming.
MJ was not pleased. Cass yelled at her. Samuels appeared and told her the detail at the Pig Whistle might be dropped. She got upset. She demanded that the investigation be kept open. Samuels agreed to try. Exit Samuels. She contemplated her letter.
Ada put her foot down. Rachel said she didn't want to eat in with Matthew gone and besides she'd given the staff the day off. Ada insisted they cook for themselves.
Mitch tried to talk sense to Matthew. Matthew would not be talked sense to. Mitch begged him to phone home to set his mother's mind at rest.
Reginald couldn't care less about Peter's Thanksgiving. Scott phoned to say he was dining elsewhere. He neglected to mention elsewhere was with the McKinnons. Reginald wasn't pleased but -- AS LONG AS MARY'S COMING.
Nancy apologized to Brittany for her having been subpoenaed. Brittany forgave her and insisted she was innocent. Nancy seemed uncomfortable. Amanda is eating with a friend.
Miss Gillis made Mitch and Matthew set up and serve before eating. Matthew protested. He's such a jerk. Mitch told him to phone home. The phone didn't work. Matthew was relieved.
The McKinnons set the table. MJ arrived too late to help. Adam's busy in Chicago. MJ thanks Mary will eat at the Loves'. (She doesn't want her there and she doesn't want her to disappoint Pops by not showing.)
Reginald phoned Mary. She pulled herself together and refused to eat with him. He told her she still loved him. She apologized and hung up. He yelled for Gomez. He's having Mary followed. He was extremely rude to Bridget.
Cheryl asked MJ for quarters for the jukebox. While rummaging through her purse Cheryl saw the letter. She teased her about her letter from a guy. MJ blew up. Cheryl backed off. MJ felt guilty.
Matthew pondered the plight of the hungry in America. He caught a bug for Chester.
Rachel brooded on Matthew. She blames herself for letting him meet Mitch at all. Ada talked sense to her. Rachel is more reasonable than her son, although she still insists that Mitch convinced Matthew to go. Ada assured her Matthew would come home again.
The McKinnons waited for Mary. Vince had them start without her period Mary rushed in with pies. Everyone was very nice to her, even MJ.
Reginald became enraged when he heard Mary was at Mary's Place. He stepped up the plan to put Vince out of the picture. Bridget served his dinner, all a-tremble. He invited her to join him. She refused. He ate alone.
The McKinnons began with a Thanksgiving prayer.
Mac said the same Thanksgiving prayer, tacking on a postscript about Matthew's welfare.
