Cass taxed Daphne with her evil deeds re money. She yelled at him. He listed loan related fatalities.
Zane returned. Wally told him to sit down.
Michaud can't understand why Felicia isn't happy. She told him being manipulated didn't make her happy. She figured out that he's Albert. She told him how miserable she had been waiting so long when she could have been told six months ago. He thought this would make her happy. He thinks it still will. She doesn't know Albert any more.
Wally told Zane all he knew. Zane's mad at Michaud. Wally advised him not to go giving pieces of his mind to Michaud. They hate to see her taken advantage of.
Kathleen found Edouard. He knew nothing of the interview. She muttered things about Cass but used all of her feminine wiles to get an interview with him. He distrusts journalists but he gave in. He'll need a few days to prepare. Next week she gets an exclusive. Now she's going to wring Winthrop's neck.
Larry told MJ he was going to sleep in the PI office. She said he wasn't getting out unless he moved back with Clarice. Adrienne called [MJ's such a musical creature] and told him she was scared and needed to see him now. She can't tell him over the phone and this can't wait. MJ warned him off her but he left anyway.
Cass and Daphne quarreled. Enter Kathleen. Daphne fled. Kathleen and Cass argued furiously.
Zane's mad. Wally suggested he called Felicia. Zane thinks he should leave her alone. Wally argued but Zane was steadfast in his determination. He's going back to the boat. He asked Wally not to tell Felicia he'd been there. Exit Zane. Wally got on the phone to Felicia.
They're shooting a perfume commercial. Sally wanders in in a fur coat and says "come into the ice house" [that's the perfume] "where the air is cool and the temperature is HOT" She lets the fur slip revealing she's wearing a gold one piece bathing suit. Michaud stands in the wings and drools and Daphne glares at everyone. Sally left to herself walks around in bemused circles.
Adrienne told Larry she'd heard there was a contract out on her.
Edouard found Felicia. She told him about Albert. She says everything is so wrong. He said he only did this because he loved her. He said it was too dangerous to contact her before. She's upset. He's sorry. He wants to make it up to her. Felicia has to sort this out alone. He hates having her out of his sight. Exit Felicia. Enter Michaud. Edouard's kicking himself for not having endangered Felicia and taken her with him. Michaud thinks she can be recovered. Edouard advised him thusly "if you love someone don't wait ... you may not get another chance" [this must be what prompted the wanderlust.]
Adrienne scared half to death. The Man's out on bail. She doesn't trust her lawyer. Larry says they'll get her protection. She got to turn state's evidence, see.
Michaud ordered plane tickets and a hotel in Hawaii. Daphne overheard the secretary telling the airline M. Christophe was going with Mrs. Ewing. She looked black.
Sally's rehearsing beautifully. Daphne eyes the snow drum with interest.
Wally took Felicia to lunch. Her life's upside down. She's angry but happy to see Edouard. Everything is complicated. She doesn't know what to do. She went to be alone to think before returning to the commercial.
Sally always covers herself decently with the fur as quickly as possible. Daphne behaves suspiciously.
Larry wants MJ and Catlin to help protect Adrienne unofficially. MJ doesn't approve but she'll help him.
Cass called Rolf in Zurich to ask about Daphne's loan.
Sally went to see Michaud [he'd summoned her]. He presented her with an envelope containing an offer he didn't think she could refuse.
Cass found Daphne slinking about on the set and told her about his call to Rolf. She said she didn't care any more. He said he'd go to Michaud. She said he should.
The envelope contained tickets to Hawaii, Singapore, Tahiti, Hong Kong, Athens, Rome, and Paris. Michaud spoke of a wonderful life with travelling anywhere one wanted to go. He said it was the kind of life he wanted to live. She gave him her blessing and asked who was going with him. He said he was looking at her. She laughed.
Felicia stood alone on Zane's dock. She thought about Zane suggesting living together. "Zane what have I done to you?" Enter Zane.
