The McKinnons [or Callahans] in Ireland had no luck. Larry is a little bit strange because Clarice asked Britt & Zane over for lunch. Britt makes him uncomfortable. Clarice thinks they should help her. Larry thinks they should help Catlin.
Britt's happy Catlin's coming home soon. Zane says Catlin might not react to her the way she hopes.
Catlin and Sally are on the plane coming home early. Sally missed Kevin. She's going to pick him up alone while Catlin goes to Larry & Clarice's to announce their return. And then they'll have dinner with Kevin at home. Catlin says they'll be so happy. Kissing and we seemed to encounter a little turbulence there.
Liz is back at the complex. She's sort of dead. Not even up to being vicious to Kathleen. Kathleen saw Cass' book was in Brava and found out Peter was responsible. "I'll kill Peter ... no, that doesn't matter because Cass will kill me. "
Felicia and Wallingford and Cass are drinking together. Cass' book comes out today. Dee's gone to visit her mother. Wally thought it was a little sudden but Cass doesn't seem a-tall interested. He didn't tell about Dee's confession although Felicia was suspicious. He told them about Muffy and they loved it. He told them about Tony too. Felicia has to go to a meeting with Geoffrey's lawyer. She kissed Cass goodbye and they said they loved each other. Friendly-like. Cass told Wally about Kathleen letting him out of the Brava deal. He saw a bit in the paper saying a Senator Royer was in charge of Felicia's highway. He's got an idea about the missus.
Zane told Brittany that this would be tough on Catlin and he wouldn't just drop Sally like a hot potato on her account necessarily. She looked mad and bashed her chest very hard signing she loved him. Zane told her Catlin loved the memory of her but he loved Sally [he never said Sally, just Her and you can see the capital.] for real. She got upset. He said she had to face it Catlin might choose Her. She got up to go and rushed to the door. He paid and went after her. They're going to Larry & Clarice's now.
Tom arrived at Smiley's fresh from the doctor's. She wants to get a job. The doctor says it's O.K. but Carter doesn't like it. She's determined though.
Kathleen yelled at Peter. She spoke of ethics. He said she was successful. She's going to talk to Jamie. He said he doesn't think women understand power. She said she understood power and ethics. He left. She made a phone call to try to stop distribution.
Cass got a frosty reception from Enid Royer. He brought up Clint [a.k.a. Dirk] and her husband. She's going to try to persuade her husband to move his highway. He kept calling her honey.
Clarice said Larry should get to know Brittany. Zane and Britt arrived. Britt was enchanted--she says Larry has eyes like Catlin. Larry said he guessed they both kind of favoured Ma. Zane likes Bay City. He's a fisherman. Jeanne appeared. Brittany was enchanted. "Your little girl has Catlin's eyes," explained Zane. And she's 3, like Evan would've been. And Evan had Catlin's eyes good god. [Jeanne keeps saying "I want to see my mommy out there."]
Catlin and Sally are discussing Aunt Liz and her "Tizzy." Sally hopes she'll've calmed down knowing they're married and everything is all right. [Ha.] Sally asked Catlin to pick up Kevin with her and then they can all go to Larry's together but Catlin thinks Kevin will want her to himself.
Liz got a telegram from Sally and went insane saying she had to go the airport. She told Kathleen everybody was saying this was the best Brava ever. Better than Cecile? Asked Kathleen casually. Liz said yes, much better. Kathleen looked thoughtful and stopped trying to prevent the issue from going out.
Tom told Quinn about the job. She keeps saying she's pregnant, not sick.
Zane had to go the marina. Britt stayed behind because she likes Jeanne. Cory showed her their Christmas pictures. One with Catlin [with Cory and Jeanne, not Sally so her ire was not aroused]. Larry is busying himself in the kitchen so as not to have to deal with Britt. Clarice took Jeanne to play with a neighbour leaving Larry alone with Britt. One thing led to another and he told her Willa was dead.
Liz was apprehended at the airport by security. She had one of Kevin's guns in her purse. She was accused of hijacking. Her story about her niece was disbelieved. She was taken away just before Catlin and Sally appeared. The security woman proudly told them of her hijacker. Sally was disappointed Aunt Liz wasn't there with Kevin. She asked again if Catlin would come with her but he declined. She told him he could plan all her honeymoons. He said she was only getting the one. [but on the plane she'd said life was going to be one great big honeymoon so I guess it counts.]
Britt looked stunned. Larry apologized for being so blunt. She doesn't understand the drug bit either. Larry went to get Zane to take her home. But he said to Clarice before he left thinking about Catlin and Sally he wished Britt hadn't come to Bay City.
Peter commended Kathleen for not recalling the issue. He hired her because of her ambition and since she chose success over Cass he knows he was right. She's going to talk to Cass.
Felicia had no luck with the lawyers. Cass appeared and said he'd rerouted the highway. Felicia's pleased. Cass went to see if his book was in the store yet. Wally showed her his book in Brava. Felicia blames Kathleen.
Tom got herself that cocktail waitress job. She told lies. It's supposed to be a strenuous job.
Britt showed Clarice how to sign "Friend" and "Thank-you." Clarice went to answer the phone. Catlin came knocking at the door just at the end.
