He pled with her and told her he loved her. She told him it was impossible. He persisted. She looked him in the eye and told him she didn't love him. He refused to believe her. when she said Reginald had nothing to do with it. He told her she had to stand up to Reginald. She removed herself from his grip and told him in a cold little voice that she didn't want him and would never marry him. He went out after Reginald breathing fire. She stopped the record.

Reginald asked Peter to persuade Mary that she was a Love and did not belong with the McKinnons. Peter was thrilled. He rushed off to do his father's bidding. Brittany dropped by.

Felicia told Cass her plan. He told her to make certain Mitch didn't get the wrong idea.

Matthew wants to develop the pictures himself and show them to everyone. Mitch tried to get the camera away from him without success. Left alone Mitch phoned Reginald to ask to be allowed to stop hanging around the Cory stables.

Michael dragged Victoria out of bed. She was extremely sorry for herself. Michael shoved her into the bath in her nightclothes. Victoria cried and cried. Donna assured he loved her. She explained he was upset because she'd told him she couldn't marry him. Victoria got upset. She wanted them to be a family.

Michael told Catlin to tail Donna and see if Reginald were threatening her.

Brittany told Reginald she admired strong men. She told him she suspected that the Mary affair story told to Vince was not entirely true, since Peter was a bad liar. It was her testimony that convinced Vince. She told him she wanted him to be her friend. He told her they'd talk again soon. She left. He called for a file on Brittany.

Mitch asked Matthew to let him show him something on the camera. Rachel told him he had to go back to work. He told her he had five minutes. Rachel had to answer the door. Mitch sent Matthew for a light meter. Before he could do anything Rachel returned with Felicia. Felicia got rid of Rachel only to have Matthew return before she made any headway.

Sara overheard Brittany tell Peter she wouldn't mind it if he dropped dead. She got on the phone to Catlin.

Donna wept as she surveyed Michael's preparations and listened to the wedding march. Reginald appeared and made sorrowful noises. Donna fell over herself hastening to assure him that she would do all in her power to convince Michael that she wasn't going to marry him. He made her a present of some special jasmine tea. She refused to have some now and suggested he leave. He rebuked her. Enter Michael. He accused the carrot of having threatened Donna. Donna agreed with everything Daddy said and said she wanted him back in the family. She told him no one would dictate to her, not him and not Reginald. Reginald applauded and went out. Michael asked Donna why she was killing them.

Catlin arranged to meet Sara at Mary's place.

Mitch got Matthew to show Felicia how the light meet her work. with Matthew distracted he was able to expose the film. He then sent him to develop it. Felicia asked him to help eat some duck a l'orange she prepared for Wallingford, who had stood her up. She thanked him for protecting her when her apartment was ransacked. He suggested 6 o'clock. She agreed.

Sara ordered at Mary's Place. Maisie told her there was a stranger staring at her.

Matthew was upset when his pictures didn't turn out. Mitch consoled him and left. Rachel found Matthew upset and asked why. She assured him that Mitch would be proud of him no matter what. Matthew worships Mitch.

Michael tried to make Donna admit she was under Reginald's thumb. She flared up and yelled at him before running out. He threw things and swore.

Six o'clock is such an uncivilised hour. Mitch was on time. Felicia had to keep rushing in and out of the kitchen. Mitch suspected that something was up.

Sara asked Maisie to keep her burger warm and rushed out. The stranger followed her.

Brittany defied Peter when he told her to stay away from his father. She told him they would get to be best friends and then she'd tell the carrot all.

Michael had the wedding stuff removed. The carrot rubbed it in. He asked if they could make a deal about the stables. Michael refused. Reginald suggested they chat over tea. Donna saw Reginald pouring out and recalled his threats. She screamed "MICHAEL, NO" and ran to dash the cup from his lips.
