He told them Marley was in hospital awaiting a transplant. Nancy wants to see her. Peter was cagey about the donor.
Victoria went to her motel room and raved to Jake about the great big needle. He told her she had to save Marley's life. She thinks Donna and Peter care about Marley and not her. He said she could have a family and even if they didn't care she could save Marley's life. She said she felt afraid and alone. He held her at her request and said he was proud of her. She fled.
Sally was unthrilled. Kevin signed to Britt for a bit. He wanted her to stay but Catlin said she had to go home. Britt went out to the car. Catlin borrowed Sally's keys and said he'd be right back.
Jake told Bridget Vic had gone. She said she'd come around. He said they didn't have time. She sent him after her.
Nancy talked to Donna at the hospital. Donna too was cagey about the donor and asked her not to tell anyone about the transplant. She was let in to see Marley. Marley is afraid they're not telling her everything. She said Nancy was the best friend she'd ever had. Nancy confessed she'd been friendly to her in the beginning to get close to Perry ("I know that. I may be rich, Nancy, but that doesn't make me stupid.") but now she was the best friend she'd ever had.
Donna's worried about Victoria. Nancy left. She asked the doctor about her. He said she had to be found because they didn't have much time. Meantime Victoria in full wet-weather gear with her hood up and glasses on is watching Marley through the little window. Jake found her thus and was kind to her. He said Donna would love her. He said she had to do it.
Felicia and Zane (soaking wet) were unable to save the boat. He offered her work clothes to change into. She accepted. He was impressed. "I think you've got as much style as you have heart, girl." he's worried more about Britt than the boat. Enter Britt and Catlin.
Victoria came up to Donna who was full of concern for her well-being and promised to be by her every second tomorrow. She asked her to move in with them at the Love house. Victoria said she'd like it very much. Donna said they'd make up for lost years. Victoria signed the consent form. Donna thanked her.
Zane asked Catlin what happened. He said they'd been caught in the storm and Brittany would tell him about it if she wanted to. Brittany said she was fine (Zane was not convinced) and Catlin left. Zane is full of concern for Brittany. She insisted she was fine and went to her room. Felicia doesn't think she's fine. Zane can't understand why Catlin would take Britt out in the storm. Felicia had to leave. Zane wants to have coffee with her sometime. Any time she said. She left.
Sally (dried off) wanted to let Kevin stay up and talk to her. She apologized to him for being mad but said she was proud of him making friends with Britt in spite of deafness. He asked if she were afraid Catlin would want to get married to Britt again. She said he was too young have to deal with this. He said just because he was friends with Brittany didn't mean he didn't love her and he loved her more than anyone. She said she loved him. She was pleased.
Jake visited Marley. She was pleased. He said she'd be all right. "'s funny. I keep running into you all the time ... in the motel room, remember? Where you took me." enter Donna and Peter. Jake said she was confused. They said maybe she'd dreamed it. Jake said it was nice to be in her dreams. She said it seemed real. Peter said "Well don't worry about it kitty it doesn't matter at all" and sort of winked at her and made a kind of "Chuck" sound. Jake kissed her forehead and left her to rest. Marley wants to know the donor. They evaded the issue. She worked herself up begging them to be truthful.
Liz ate everything due to fear of the chef. Nancy's living without Perry. "You just have to KEEP ON GOING."
Donna left a seemingly sleeping Victoria in her hospital room. The opening of eyes. "Goodnight, mama."
Catlin returned to the cabin still soaking wet but instead of the soaking wet black T-shirt of BEFORE HE WENT OUT he was wearing a soaking wet plaid shirt and (Jessica maintains) a tweed jacket. Continuity screwed up. Sally (still dry) was difficult. He tried to be reasonable but she was bent on being miserable and making him miserable. I think it worked. P.S. the storm had stopped.
Zane gave Britt coffee and got frustrated when she wouldn't look at him while he signed. He told her he was very tired of her shutting him out. He got up to go. She stood up and said "Zane. Please don't go."
