Jamie told Victoria she'd have to help him.
Cass thanked everyone. He asked where Felicia was. Wally said he didn't know. Rachel (very drunkenly) said she'd gone in the elevator, using hand motions to illustrate. Cass went looking for her. Felicia came back up and told Mitch he'd been robbed.
Clara told Donna she'd noticed that she and John were very aware of each other. Michael came out. Donna made sure Clara didn't say anything. Clara went in. Michael dragged Donna in to dance. Donna looked at John over Michael's shoulder. Diane watched Vince go over to Mary. The second the conversation started to get up steam Diane rushed in to bust it up. Wallingford fetched Adam for Felicia. She told him Mitch's room had been ransacked. Adam told Wally to call headquarters and said Mitch and Felicia should come downstairs. Rachel fretted about Amanda. Amanda waited outside layout for her interview. She was peeved. The guy is late and she'd missing an excellent bash at Tops. Julie Ann was determined to stop her leaving. Amanda thinks she's demented, but agreed to wait fifteen minutes.
Vince found Mary weeping on the terrace. She had found John's speech affecting and thought of Kathleen. She said she didn't mean to keep him from Diane. They began to argue.
Victoria refused to push Jamie's car. He yelled at her because he has to attend a high-risk birth. She said she had something important to do too and she hated the way doctors thought what they had to do was more important than anything else. But she pushed, and she broke a heel, and claimed her dress was coming apart. They got the car out of the way, and then Jamie made her let him drive to the hospital. (I would have taken him, but I wouldn't have let him drive. Especially not my brand new red convertible.)
Adam peered around the door of Mitch's apartment and whistled. He asked Mitch if anything was missing. An officer appeared. Felicia rushed to look in her apartment. Mitch told Adam what was gone: cash, photographic equipment, some photos, and a present he had intended to give Felicia. Adam said he knew how it was when things didn't work out.
Victoria followed Jamie into the hospital. She thought him ungrateful. She told him he owed her a new pair of shoes. He scowled.
Michael gave Cass a cheque and said goodnight. John noticed Donna was alone and suggested they have that talk. She said she was going home with Michael. Michael swooped in to collect her and John looked pretty sick. Vince took Mary out to the terrace. Donna watched John.
Felicia reported her apartment had been broken into. Adam went to see. Sam came by. He'd forgotten about his interview.
Amanda gave up. Julie Ann convinced her to stay, but Amanda demanded to be told the secret in exchange.
Vince told Mary he thought they should get divorced and make it final.
John and his buddies cannot sing, but everyone applauded. John started making a speech about coming to terms with one's past, looking at Donna. She told Michael she wanted to leave. Cass said goodnight to some people. Clara took John aside and congratulated him on his speech. She accused him of talking about Donna. He denied it. Felicia and Mitch came back up to the party. Cass was shocked to hear of the burglary. Sam came up to borrow Mitch's car. He told Rachel he had to go to Brava to interview S. Carruthers and M. Ashton. Rachel snatched the list from his hands.
S. Carruthers arrived for her interview before Julie Ann could tell Amanda anything. Instead she burst into a description of the tyrant in layout, intended to frighten Suzy off. It worked. Amanda demanded to know what she was up to.
Victoria returned Jamie's wallet to him. He told her he was delivering twins. She was excited about that. He had to rush off.
Michael took Donna to the stables. There were a lot of candles and a bed. They danced. Donna thought about John's speech. Michael was concerned to see her crying. She assured him she was fine, so he deposited her on the bed.
Rachel successfully poisoned Sam's mind against Mandy Ashton and sang Suzy's praises. Exit Sam. She complained to Felicia that life was like a French farce and went out to the terrace to scream and karate chop a potted plant.
Shot of Michael and Donna through a fire. Donna has a natal surprise.
John and Jane and Clara left. Cass asked Felicia to dance.
Victoria waited for Jamie and the twins. She gazed at them. They squalled. Lisa arrived. Victoria was not thrilled to see her kiss Jamie.
Amanda decided to leave Sam a note telling him what she thought of him. She sent Julie Ann on ahead. ARROGANT PIG, she wrote. Then she marched to the door and ran into Sam on his way in.
Donna is not pregnant yet, but she should be ovulating right ... about ... NOW.
