Cass was visited by Tony Jones, who wants his money. He was displeased to see the Cass was planning on leaving for Majorca. So was Rocco. Kathleen walked in in the nick of time and so Cass lives on. He eventually dressed in women's clothes to sneak onto the plane past Tony. Kathleen followed him as a stewardess.
Catlin and Sally found an old house with furniture in it. They were found by an old man who fed them chicken stew (which Sally misinterpreted as Fluffy) and kept coming in at inopportune moments.
Mark went to Peter's apartment (knowing full well the name of the murderer) and was met and shot by a woman.
Sally was unwell. Recovering from a cold. (A result of being rained on, I guess.) Just a device to let Catlin feel her forehead if you ask me.
Clarification of Phil: I suspect she's referring to Phil Higley, with whom she once conspired to have someone called Eileen mixed in with white slavers. Eileen was the girlfriend of one Joey Perrini, whom Sally loved madly and wanted for herself. (He was her man in the van.) Phil was utterly awful. He was involved with the White slavers. (Do you notice how even though Cecile was once a really sweet girl no one can forgive her anything and Sally who was really horrendously wicked is beloved by all? Curious.)
