ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

February 7, 1986

Mac is up and about. We're waiting for the drug to take effect. Dr Longo brought the chief of staff to ask Chris to leave hospital property this minute.

Cass loves the letter and Wally and Felicia. Cass asked why she was crying.

Mac took Chris' side. Dr Austin believes Dr Longo. Mac wants Chris and only Chris to save his wife as he saved his life. Dr Longo is a creep. Mac had them leave. He and Chris are like this. ||.

Britt arrived at the hospital for her checkup and told Joyce this pregnancy fell short of Evan. She fled when Catlin appeared to meet Sally. Joyce said Britt was visiting the Corys when he asked.

Felicia told Cass she was happy for him and bade him read the letter. Cass rejoiced over the letter and turned his attention back to Felicia. Wally explained about the ring. Felicia doesn't know what to tell Zane.

Neal gave Fayez what for for showing his face in town and causing Talk. We have grounded our little bird to the mine. Exit Neal. Enter Hector for the purpose of resuming their discussion. He produced a photograph of Victoria which seems to say it all to Fayez.

Zane can't tell why Felicia isn't glad to see him. She confessed she'd lost the ring. He hushed her. She told him where she'd lost the ring and what they'd found. He was annoyed because they might have been caught. He refused to let her run the risk of retrieving the ring. Cass came over and said the evidence had to go back.

Mac the erstwhile invalid hovered over Rachel with words of comfort and hope. He thought about the 3 wishes of the genie in the Blue Jar and begged her to recover.

Joyce rushed to Chris with Rachel's bloodwork. And all the people rejoiced. Enter Carter. Happy for Chris and Mac but with Grant on his mind. Chris told him if it hadn't been for Grant the Corys might not have been saved.

Felicia was aghast. Cass refused to use illegal evidence. He says they have to put it back and ask for it legally. He's determined to do this right. Felicia was forbidden to do the putting back. It was allotted to Wallingford to enlist the aid of his inside contact Harvey to return the letter and retrieve the ring if poss. Zane left with him and persuaded him to let him join the escapade, knowing Wally never had any intention of passing the buck. Zane has a plan.

The Corys are going to recover. Mac's determined to make all those other silly doctors see reason. Chris and Nancy left. Mac went to chat with Catlin. He thinks Chris would be happy if the treasure were found. Catlin said it was a tough one. He means to investigate Fayez. Enter Neal. Mac introduced Catlin as a private detective on the treasure case. Ever-eager Ewing asked Neal questions until Sally emerged from the elevator. He cut Neal off in mid sentence and fled. Neal and Mac are family and devoted to each other. Mac thinks Neal is honest and good.

Felicia showed Cass her dress design. He was thrilled. Liberace is coming. Sally's helping.

Zane disguised himself as a janitor. Wallingford disguised himself as a garbage bin and picked the lock of Hollis T Martin's office.

Sally refused to go to the marriage counselor any longer. She told him not to kid himself that things were working out and said he hadn't tried to change. Britt imagined walking up to Catlin as Sally left and telling him they were pregnant. She proposed to him. He stood silent. She said "what do you say, COWBOY?" He said "Sally." And turned to pursue the Sally fleeing-in-reality. Britt tried to detain him but he bit her head off and said he never wanted to have anything to do with her again.

Felicia wonders why Zane's not at home. Cass suggested she call her place. Her answering machine spewed forth the voice of Harvey who has gone to Chicago. She realized they were up to something and dragged Cass to the DA's office.

Zane rooted around in the DA's secret file, replacing the letter and searching for the ring. He got it. They ran into a stranger on their way out.

Fayez thinks Neal and Vic are in cahoots. Enter Neal. He's searching for a replacement helicopter. They keep speaking of a M. Garbon[ne?]. He is Neal's and Neal's alone. Exit Neal. Friendly Fayez is plotting a surprise for him.

Mac and Rachel reunited in tolerably good health. They're impressed with Chris. Mac wants him recognized. Neal is a swell nephew. Let's celebrate someday soon. We are in love.

The stranger said Zane had stolen his drum in order to show the Super a full bin and a full day's work. Zane declared it empty and knocked on it a bunch to prove his point. I doubt Wallingford [the contents] was pleased. The stranger apologized and slunk off. Zane and Wally left feeling successful, having neglected to observe the hidden camera...

Chris is annoyed with Longo. Nancy is sure everything will work out. Chris says all they can do is wait TOGETHER.

Britt presented Bridget with an antique lace collar. She told Bridget that hateful women were gossiping to the effect that Sally had caught her and Catlin in the stables and it was her fault that their marriage was crumbling/had crumbled. Bridget soothed her with the assurance that Mister Peter would never believe such silly wicked lies. Britt sniffed and said she really loved Peter and Catlin had been a mere obsession. Bridget said she'd look out for her and be her friend. She rushed to get her tea.

Cass kept Felicia from further complicating the situation by showing up at an inopportune moment. Zane and Wally appeared and soon Zane and Felicia were left alone with the ring. They're looking forward to a nice eventful life. And a great wedding.

A hand developed a lovely photo of Zane with large portions of his arms in the files.
