Henry told Michael that he'd seen John come and go, followed by a tearful Donna eventually. She was fixing her clothes. [I don't know if he reported seeing Victoria.] Michael said it had to be a lie.
Jamie cruised by to cheer up a wakeful Victoria. He told her she could be going home soon. She was less than thrilled. She is reluctant to tear her family apart.
Nicole tried to chicken out. Cass told her to bite the bullet. She calmed down. He assured her she wasn't such a bad catch. She was disappointed when he said they ought to do something to try to rescue themselves instead of waiting for the Coast Guard. She was too starry-eyed at the prospect of spending time alone with him.
Scott coaxed Mary to let him in out of the rain. They chatted about rosy-fingered dawn. She thrills. The Corys blew in, cross and wet. They told Mary they'd been to a failed party. She said Ada was presumably at a successful one.
Sam refused to get romantic with Amanda, saying that it wouldn't work. He went out with his umbrella to shop in order to avoid kissing her again.
Michael told Bridget to send Adam away. He asked Henry for proof. Henry described accurately the outfits and vehicles of the participants and their dialogue. Michael ordered him out.
Nicole fondled Cass' discarded jacket. When Cass reappeared she tried to wipe the smudges off his face. He suggested they stay out all night. She balked.
Victoria told Jamie what she'd seen. She said she could tell from the way John and Donna looked at each other that it wasn't over.
Michael ran upstairs and stared down at a sleeping Donna. He told himself it couldn't be true and left. She stirred.
Victoria fretted lest Michael wanted to shoot the messenger. Jamie made her feel better. She clung to him.
Mary refused to admit anything to Scott about her feelings for Vince. Tony came in and asked Mac about Mandy Ashton. He asked if he could steal her from Brava. Mac's said Brava was too fond of her to let her go. Rachel found out from Julie Ann that Amanda was working bei Sam. Rachel was unthrilled. Cass and Nicole strolled in in a cosy pose. Mary stared.
Donna came downstairs and found out from Bridget that Michael had rushed out on business. Enter Peter. Exit Bridget. Peter was suspicious of Donna's good mood.
Michael thought about all the times Victoria had had something to say and hadn't said it.
Mary tightened her mouth and approached Cass and Nicole. She went to fetch them cider. Although Cass admitted it would be hard to convince Kathleen's mother they were in love, he refused to let Nicole drop it. Rachel decided to call Amanda without telling Mac.
Sam cooked spaghetti. Amanda was tense. They didn't answer when the phone rang.
Mac told Cass and Nicole that Rachel had kept doing a dreadful imitation of Tallulah Bankhead in the lifeboat. Mary glowered at Cass and Nicole and complained to Scott that Cass was vulnerable. When she went into the kitchen Cass told Nicole to sit closer. Rachel was abstracted. Mac said Cass hadn't been himself since he lost Kathleen. Rachel asked Mac if he could find his way home while she went to check out a hunch.
The water boiled. Sam and Amanda kissed.
Donna was smug. Peter told her he'd like them to be close again. She said it was his fault they weren't and she wasn't sure she could trust him.
Victoria lay awake. Michael came in. She saw instantly that he knew.
