Sally's got Kevin at the complex and he's driving her insane. He wants to go riding and she told Aunt Liz she was behind on the Brava covers and things. "No it's Brittany" said Aunt Liz.
Dee found Carter had slept in the new apartment because he had to study. It's 9:30 he's too late for the exam.
Marley woke up. Donna gave her tea and as she sipped it she said gratefully "You're the best sister anybody could have." Donna asked if she remembered what she'd told her yesterday. "What did you tell me yesterday?"
Jake and Vic are creating proof that she's Marley's sister.
Carter's exam finishes at 10:00. He told Dee about his dad. He's going to see if he can make up the exam but he's not hopeful. Dee has such a lot of furniture to put in place.
Donna worried to Peter about Marley's memory loss. She thinks it means she's getting worse. She said she was lucid yesterday and maybe she was repressing.
Vic's story [fabricated]: she was raised in Galesburg Illinois [reality -- Johnstown Pennsylvania. But we can't say that because everyone knows Jake's from there]. She got a letter from her nanny saying she had an identical twin Love in Bay City. She wonders what Donna will do when she finds out. Vic breathes funny. She insists she's more like Donna than Marley. She told Jake she loved him. She's jealous of Marley. What if they don't want her? Kiss for luck.
Kevin brought Sally a jelly doughnut. Liz sent Kevin to get her one. She told Sally she should let Kevin ride and not avoid Brittany. Sally doesn't like Kevin liking her. She insists it's a ploy to get Catlin back. Liz said she'd take Kevin to ride and see to it that Britt was kept in line.
Zane told Britt she didn't have to take the job and he'd help her with living expenses for as long as she wanted. She said she wanted independence and he said she was just trying to get Catlin back through his friends. Not good he says. She said she liked the job. He told her it wouldn't help her get Catlin back. He said she'd get hurt. She said she wouldn't. He offered to take her out to lunch. She loves the job so she didn't want but he'll be back at noon. She's convinced everything will work out. He said "I believe you. Thousands wouldn't."
Lily was scandalized to find Tom out of bed answering the door. She made her sit down. Tom's worried because Carter didn't come to bed last night. Lily told her about the studying and the fight.
Liz is yelling at Britt like a foreigner. Mac called on the phone and as a result Liz called Sally saying she had to leave. Sally will come to pick him up. Liz left. Britt's going to ride with Kevin. She left him alone for a minute and he fell.
Dr. Edwards checked up on Tom. He lives nearby. This man makes the most house calls. Her blood pressure's a little higher than normal. She has to avoid stress. She'll talk to Carter.
Britt wanted Kevin to clap his hands. He thinks she's behaving strangely. I think she can hear sort of.
Bridget all flustered said there was a Miss Carson to see Donna and she thought she should see her. Donna said she'd never heard of her. Peter said to send her in. Enter Britt. General astonishment. She thrust the explanatory letter at them. She told her little story. This is too much said Donna. It's uncanny said Bridget. Vic asked if Marley were around. They told her she'd been ill. Nothing serious. They offered her coffee. She went to freshen up. Donna's thrilled that she can save Marley.
Tom's upset that no one tells her anything. Carter apologized. Dee arrived. She wants green burlap curtains.
Donna's ecstatic but bewildered. She thinks Daddy gave Vicki away. Why? Peter says she's a godsend. Vicki returned wanting to see Marley. Peter told her the truth about the illness. Donna called the doctor. We'll let him explain.
The Todds are not receptive to guests. Carter can't make up the trig. He's waiting to hear from KBAY. He told her not to tell Tom he had money troubles. He didn't tell her [Tom] about the exam he'd blown.
Victoria told them she was scared. They reassured her. They pressed her to sign to to agree to the operation. She wants some time to think. The doctor went to see Marley.
Kevin asked Brittany about her and Catlin in the rodeo. Sally appeared. Kevin rushed to her. He told her Britt had been in the rodeo too. Sally said she knew. Kevin told Britt Sally could ride but sometimes she was afraid of horses. Britt offered to teach her but Sally said no thanks she knew how to ride and did often with Catlin. They made as if to go. Britt signed something Sally didn't understand. Kevin said she said "Come back again cowboy." Sally was not thrilled. Britt said she and Kevin were a team. Exit Sally and Kevin. [she had told Kevin that she and Catlin were a team before.]
Bridget told Jake all about everything. He said to tell Vic she was terrific.
Donna begged Vic to sign. Vic asked why they as her brother and sister weren't up to it. Donna hastily explained they weren't compatible. They'll test Vic to see if she is. She wants to see Marley before she signs.
Tom and Carter are on good terms once more. They plan to move tomorrow. She asked about money. He said it was all right and she wasn't to worry. When she stopped worrying he wanted a kiss. He got it.
Britt told Zane what a great little boy Kevin was. He advised her to be careful in making friends with Kevin who lives with Sally. She told him she thought she'd heard Kevin yelling today. He called her babe and said p'raps she'd imagined it.
Vic was glad to see Marley. She's so pale. Marley came round and they had Victoria go away for a minute. Marley went back to sleep. Donna begged Vic to save sweet beloved Marley. Vic gave in. They thanked her profusely.
