and Muzzle load the 1st week of December

We have one of Ontario's record breaking hot spots for deer / car collisions.
We had 8,964 in 1999 to 12,791 collisions in 2008.
This is an increase of 43 per cent over a 10-year period.

Here are some areas in Ontario for 2008, having the highest number of combined property damage, injury and fatal collisions with wildlife:
Map of Ontario

1.  Ottawa   886
2.  Simcoe County   656
3.
4.  Lanark County   481
5.  Thunder Bay   463

Hunters are taken out to set up and usually pick their own site / stand with guidance.
Provide your own decoys and you do the calling, it is all part of your hunting experience.

There is little hunter pressure on these free range deer.
It is hunting though, so no promises.

We have trophy bucks in excess of the 150 inch P&Y class
with outside mass 16 inches or more on the property.
