The Kanata Page reached 100,000 hits on Nov 4, 2005, with a rate of about 100 a day.
It had been available since late 1996.
The counter on the home page was set up on July 3, 1999.
On December 20, 2000, it reached 5,000 hits.
On April 7, 2002, it reached 10,000 hits.
On November 6, 2003, it reached 15,000 hits (average 9 hits per day). At that point a new counter was installed which does not include hits by me, and measures "unique" hits - people who have not visited the site in the previous 24 hours, about half the total.
On August 14, 2006, it reached 18,707.
On 8 November 2006, it reached 19,000. That's 3 hits a day.
On 7 July 2007 it celebrated its 10 year anniversary, and 19,700 hits
The ARM site hit 10,000 on 19 Jan 2004, having started Aug 31, 2000. That's 8 hits per day.
Canada is world champ in Internet use (2000).
