Guides: Alex, Lilla, Phil
Participants: everyone
The plan from yesterday that Lilla would take Chris and I to Bellevedere sub-peak (the true summit being blocked by an impassible overhanging notch),
however we awoke to dark gray cloud cover and a significant weather system forecasted to arrive in the early afternoon. All the mountain trips were
cancelled, but the guides went up on the slabs above camp and set up several top rope routes. We spent the morning playing on these as well as
reviewing skills such as crevasse rescue, knots, and anchor construction. Right on queue, the rain started just after 12:00, so we packed up and
retired to the tents for the rest of the day.
