ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

September 30, 1986

Brittany panicked when Peter got his hands on her knitting. He grew suspicious. She pretended to have been hiding a copy of Brava from him.

Brava is selling out all over the country.

The faceless blonde was given a face and recognised as Victoria. She said since she was to be the next one to be married she needed a groom. She told everyone how wealthy and how beautiful she was. She tried Cass. He said he was taken. She said everyone in Paris had loved her. Adam turned her down. She said Bay City guys were stick in the muds. She kissed Greg. Nancy fumed. Greg told her she wasn't a novelty. She introduced herself to Scott. Nobody told her who he was. (I guess it doesn't matter, since he's adopted.) Reginald let it slip that she'd been in Cannes at his instigation. Michael got upset.

Brittany told Peter what Felicia's article said about his father. She told him he [Peter] didn't deserve to live.

Felicia accused Mitch of being manipulative. He said he'd wanted to be near Matthew and Rachel. He asked if she thought he was a bad guy. She conceded he wasn't Attila the Hun.

Matthew likes Jamie. Jamie went to look at the Love baby. Rachel told Matthew she wasn't perfect and sometimes she made bad decisions but she didn't want to h[ur]t him. He told her she was a swell mom.

Brittany received Jamie graciously. Jamie apologised to Peter for being abrupt yesterday and challenged him to a game of handball. Exit Jamie.

Donna told Reginald he couldn't threaten her and asked him to leave. He said he didn't care what anyone wanted. He made oblique threats against Michael. Donna was distressed. Vince perceived Reginald. MJ told Reginald he should do what Marley wanted and make peace with the McKinnons. Reginald used Big Words in a condescending tone of voice and blamed Vince for whatever dissension there might be. MJ led her father out. Kathleen told her their men had evaporated. Catlin interrupted Michael yelling at Victoria to advise him to fly out tonight. Someone is trying to take over his company. Michael told Donna he had to go to New York. Donna told Michael about Reginald's threats. Michael defied them. MJ told Cheryl she had to cadge a ride with Scott. No one objected.

Mitch told Felicia he wanted to get some photographic equipment. Peter stomped in.

Cass caught up with Adam and insisted on being included. Adam attempted to throw him out by violence. Mac and Rachel broke it up. Adam: I'm sorry for the ruckus, huh? Cass: yeah, I'm sorry too. Rachel: Why don't you like Adam? Cass: It's not that we don't like each other. Rachel: Oh yeah, RIGHT. Mac: I think you should leave, Cass. Cass: NO. What you just saw Mac was just a little misunderstanding, that's all. Rachel: you two were ready to kill each other. Mac: you called him a JERK. Cass: I call EVERYBODY a jerk, come on. Except you two. Adam is a great cop, everybody knows that. And he's a man of principle, ideal – I mean, specializing in missing persons like that – you don't find guys like that every day. Mac: I think Cass should leave, don't you, dear? Rachel: I agreed with you the first time. Cass: I just don't want you think I have anything against Adam, you know, because I don't. Mac: FINE. Cass: So he had a little trouble finding me on that island. It was a BIG island. He's a great cop and an even greater human being. (The Corys protecting their young. How sweet.) While Cass was extolling Adam's virtues he [Adam] was sneaking out the door. Cass: I love him. I love the guy, I really do. He's a terrific guy. And as I said, a great cop and a great human being. BUT I'M GOING TO KILL HIM. Excuse me. ADAM.

Mitch sprang to Felicia's defense. Peter told Felicia he was much obliged to her for making Reginald more likely to stay in Bay City. Felicia said she was hoping to send him to prison. Mitch told Peter he was wearing out his welcome.

Scott and Cheryl found the bridge they wanted out of order. They're stuck.

There was a problem with Michael's plane. He can't leave until 4 am. He told Victoria he loved her and he didn't want her accepting things from Reginald. Donna backed him up. Apparently Victoria was taken in by his promises of love and contrition. (RIGHT. This isn't Victoria.)

Scott told Cheryl they hadn't done anything wrong in being delayed.

Adam disentangled himself from the embrace of an employee of the Pink Poodle (for the record, he had not encouraged her advances). Adam: I told you to quit following me. Cass: You're not getting rid of me that easily. Adam: When are you going to get it through your THICK head that this doesn't work? Cass: We make a great team. You just won't admit it. Adam: Didn't you see the look on Mac's face when he found us together in that house? Do you call THAT a great team? Cass: MAC will get over it. You're just going to have to accept the fact that I'm not leaving. Pink Poodle Female 1: Looks like the boys are taking up housekeeping at the old Pink Poodle. Pink Poodle Female 2: Ain't love grand? Adam and Cass went into a room and looked for the lights. Lights on revealed MJ. Cass proved that it would be better for him to go in and do the fingerprints. MJ refused to go home.

Scott had to shove Cheryl to prevent her sleeping on him.

Gomez reported something to Reginald.

Michael's plane went down.
