Michael told him he'd only wanted him to have to pay 3 1/2 times its worth and it wouldn't make a profit. Reginald said he didn't care about profit, he just wanted to give it away. Enter Victoria. Reginald told her he loved her and would never force her to work as an office slave just to prove he could boss her around. He gave her the company.
Mitch assessed Brittany's situation. He advised her to take the baby and run. Rachel came in and said "HOW DARE YOU?"
