ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

April 14, 1987

Cheryl told Scott all she wanted was to be with him. Kissing. MJ came up and interrupted to talk about safety.

Mitch told Felicia to stay put while he talked to Michael. Michael told Mitch they might have found the undead brother.

Donna told That Old Carrot that her girls belonged to Michael. That Old Carrot said that the blood tests proved without doubt that the undead brother was the father. She insisted he was lying. She said there was no possible way John could be the father. He said she was lying. She said she had been with the undead brother only once. "Nevertheless, you were with him and the twins are living proof of your union." She refused to believe him. He pretended to be a reasonable human being. She didn't buy it. She asked why he'd waited until now to produce the information.

Adam went to meet Greg at Tops. Mitch advised Michael to lie low and stop blaming himself. Michael decided to go home.

Scott left MJ and Cheryl alone. Cheryl regrets wasted time. MJ advised her to stop fighting her feelings for Scott. Cheryl said she wanted her to be happy too and insisted on talking about her problems with Adam. MJ said she didn't want to talk about it. Cheryl made her. MJ said it was her being Chad's alibi. Cheryl asked if Adam knew how Chad felt about her. MJ wasn't sure what Adam knew. She started rambling about doing things one was ashamed of but refused to elaborate. She used to call Cheryl droopy drawers because she was jealous of her looks, but her sweetness won her over and pretty soon she was calling her Angel. [But what of potato face?] She advised her to hold on to her happiness. Chad arrived to save Cheryl.

That Old Carrot claimed to be the injured party. Donna is forever accusing him of being evil and making him sleep in a hotel. Donna ignored him and wondered aloud if John knew. That Old Carrot seized on her use of the present tense.

Scott was not pleased. Chad apologized for making Cheryl a target. He said he'd have the billboards taken down. Cheryl protested but MJ took Chad's side. Exit Chad. Cheryl was upset. Exit MJ. Scott suggested they go to Tops to celebrate.

Greg told Adam that Tony seemed awfully close to the killer and had seen him go into an office supply store and possibly buy stamp pads. Adam listened impatiently and accused him of making trouble because he was jealous. Exit Adam. Enter Chad. Felicia and Mitch were solicitous about his wound. Chad asked if he still had a job.

Donna tried to cover. That Old Carrot knows all about the vacation and seems to have accurately extrapolated the rest. Enter Michael. He ordered That Old Carrot out. Donna said she'd invited him. That Old Carrot was smug. Seeing that Donna didn't want to explain why she'd asked to see him, he made-up a reason. Carrot: it was about the children. Michael: Marley and Victoria? What about my children? Carrot: your wife found out that I had tried to contact them recently and she was giving me grief about it. Michael: well good for her. Carrot: you know, they are, after all, my grandchildren. Michael: yeah, well, everyone has to be related to someone, Reg. [Reginald] mocked Donna mentioning an old photograph. Michael and Donna suggested strongly that he leave. Exit Carrot. Michael asked about Dr Glaser. Donna changed the subject, asking about the undead brother. Michael was not distracted for long, even by a massage.

Felicia told Chad not to be silly. Mitch has been even jaileder. Chad drifted away. Mitch insisted he and Felicia talk on the balcony. Scott and Cheryl arrived. Scott is still being kind of bossy, I think. They don't want to waste any more time. Cheryl is not going to let Vince do her thinking for her any more. He seems to have been running her life. They toasted their future.

Felicia chattered about the weather. Mitch told her Elizabeth worked for the Fat Man. She was mad at him for not having told her before. He said it was her fault. She informed him that she was one of the most easygoing people she knew. She pondered the Fat Man's hold over John. Mitch: I bet Alan Glaser sleeps in his pyjamas. Felicia: I like pyjamas. Mitch: and I bet he goes to bed with his socks on.

Donna told Michael she hadn't been able to remember. They agreed it would be a good idea not to press it.

Scott and Cheryl are going to get very close. MJ watched them dancing. Adam got upset because public displays of affection upset the killer. She told him he had to relax since he wasn't sleeping because of the case. He said the lack of sleep was caused by thinking about the hurt look on her face "the face I love so much." She said she'd needed to hear that. He offered to walk her out to the parking garage holding hands, even. Under Chad's nose. Nice hands.

Felicia: all right, I'll bet you $100. Mitch: that he wears his pyjamas to bed. Felicia: I say he goes to bed nude. Mitch: I bet he goes to sleep with his socks on. Felicia: well, I'll just have to let you know. Mitch: oh, you're going to find out? Felicia: sure, why not? Mitch: are you going to personally research this? Felicia: a bet is a bet. They shook. Mitch doesn't like Dr Glaser for her. He said he was a stiff. Felicia said he was an intellectual and a sufficiently good dancer. Mitch claimed he was a better one and he slept nude.

Donna loves Michael. Michael loves Donna. Ripe old ages enter into it. The undead brother's motives mystify.
