Jamie visited with his mother and told her he'd split up with Lisa.
Matthew told Kevin Amanda was working on something. Felicia came in just as Kevin was saying he'd stay.
Mitch asked Sam if he'd seen a doctor about his eyes.
Jamie blamed Lisa a lot. He neglected to mention he'd slept with Vicky. He told Rachel he was going to stay at the farm. Rachel didn't like it.
Kevin assured Felicia he didn't intend to live with her forever. He said he'd need a job. Felicia told him she'd ask Mitch if he needed an assistant.
Sam was difficult.
Cass kissed Nicole a lot. She was pleased. When she was warmed up he asked for his list back. She got mad. She said she'd given it to Liz to work on. Cass got mad. They argued. Nicole told Cass he could get it from Liz himself if it was so important.
Sam said the tests weren't back yet. He told Mitch he was afraid. Mitch attempted to soothe him. Jamie came over to discuss the catscan.
Marley dropped in on Nicole to invite her to the party. Nicole said she wished Marley would move back permanently. Marley asked Nicole to look out for Vicky when she'd gone. Nicole went upstairs. Marley phoned Jake [collect] to see how he was doing. She told him not to come but he didn't seem to heed her.
Jamie said the blood clot wasn't dissolving as quickly as he hoped and he'd have to increase his medication and Sam would have to take it very easy. Sam refused to tell Amanda. Jamie tried to talk sense to Sam. It didn't work. Jamie left, running into Rachel on his way out. Rachel asked what was going on.
Marley visited with Vince. He asked about Jake. Marley said he wouldn't be coming. Matthew and Kevin came in looking for a cheap place to rent. Cheryl gave them the key. Vince wasn't able to stop her.
Jamie found Vicky decorating the hall. he asked her to lookout for Sam and Amanda. He told her he'd split up with Lisa. She tried to temper her delight with sympathy. She fell off her ladder into his arms. He kissed her passionately. Surprisingly, she told him she didn't want to be a substitute for Lisa. She went in to look to Mikey.
Kevin promised to be good. Matthew paid Cheryl the first month's rent. He spotted Scott and started talking to him about legal help. Vince came over and asked about Kevin. Matthew assured him he was a model boarder and fled with Kevin in tow.
Sam continued to refuse to tell Amanda or Loretta. Mac and Rachel reluctantly agreed not to tell and left. The Lamaze instructor phoned to bug Sam about not attending.
Rachel worried about her children. Mitch worried about his son and his brother. He advised Rachel to let Matthew try to work things out before she called in the police.
The party filled Vicky's apartment. Felicia refused to take an egg from Vicky. Nicole arrived. Felicia thought she heard Michael and Donna coming so she turned off the lights and when the door opened everyone yelled "surprise." Sam got the shock of his life. It probably dislodged his clot.
Julie Anne left work. Cass told her he'd see her at the party later. He approached Liz and asked about the list. She refused to betray Nicole. He told her he had to tell Michael for Mac's safe. Liz broke down and told him a few things but still refused to hand over the list.
Sam told Mitch he'd decided to attend the Lamaze classes after all. Mitch advised him to ask Jamie first. Felicia asked Mitch about giving Kevin a job. Mitch agreed to consider it. Marley phoned from the airport to tell Vicky she'd had to take Michael and Donna there and hadn't been able to redirect them. Vicky made the announcement and suggested the party continue unsurprisingly. Jamie arrived. Vicky cheered up.
A customer hit on Cheryl. Kevin overreacted.
Mikey scribbled. Sam talked about his imminent child. He gave Mikey a tour of the loft and explained his reasons for not telling Amanda about his headaches.
Cass arrived at Vicky's party and stole Nicole away from Bridget. Jamie told Vicky she was right and they shouldn't see each other. He left without allowing her to argue with him. Vicky saw the ruin of all her plans.
