When no one answered Wallingford's knock he let himself into Felicia's apartment. Seeing the sea of havoc before him he feared burglars but Felicia appeared dressed for serious housecleaning [sort of...] with dusters and things. She's cleaning for therapy because of Edouard.
Joyce brought Kathleen a wheelchair. Kathleen asked if she could have a nap before attempting it. When Joyce left her alone she tried to board it. Enter Edouard.
Sally told Liz she was going to divorce Catlin because of what she'd seen last night.
Brittany queened it up in the cabin in brightly-coloured undergarments playing the radio and seeming to make breakfast. Catlin came out of the bedroom [saying hopefully or perhaps absently "Sally?"] and was less than ecstatic to see her. Every chance she got she impressed upon him that last night had been wild and wonderful.
Felicia is cleaning so she won't be tempted to help Edouard. She suddenly got scared and decided she had to go to him. Wally tried to prevent her. She tried to send him in her stead. He suggested he go to the bakery instead and they could pig out. She decided to go to the bakery herself. Wallingford: you mean you're going to go out on the street dressed like that? Felicia: where's my coat and boa? I mean I think the public should see that Felicia Gallant is just another broad who cleans under her sink. Wally: oh Felicia I don't think the public wants to see that. Felicia: listen I'll be right back and then we'll rotate the mattress.] He tried to prevent her, suspecting she intended to see Edouard, but she denied it and fled.
Edouard talked Kathleen into her chair [complementing her the while on her lovely behind]. She was pleased. She recalled his screen test and offered to run lines with him but he said he'd leave her to practice. He stayed.
Marley dropped in on Donna to tax her with what she'd overheard regarding breaking her and Jake up. Donna played innocent.
Catlin had no recollection of last night but he refused to believe Brittany's version of it. [The background music is swell. "I've got your picture... she's got you." The best part is it could apply to either wife!] He doesn't want to talk about Sally. He told her to leave. She called him a grouchy old bear and when he asked why she was doing this she told him she wasn't doing anything he didn't want her to do. She wriggled out of Sally's undergarments [is it his misfortune to have wives of the same size? At last an explanation of that bag back there] and into her own over ones and told him to think about it. She left. He clattered a bunch.
Donna thanks Jake should hire the twins for his PR because they're so pro-Jake. She said she'd told Victoria she wouldn't let them get married to make her feel better. Donna is trying to like Jake. She brandished the Christmas invitation made out to Marley and Jake. Marley calmed down. Enter Peter wanting Brittany's invitation.
Edouard offered to let Kathleen stay with him during recuperation. She refused because of Pop & MJ but she promised to visit. He told her about the nearby Lancelot Lodge he used to frequent. He promised to take her cross-country skiing next year. He went to KBAY for his screen test. Break a leg. He said he was fine and cautioned her to drive safely. Exit Ed.
Donna wailed that she honestly didn't know how to SPELL the name but Marley helped her out. Peter intends to deliver it personally. Marley [the poor naÏve little thing] is sure she'll like Brittany when she gets to know her better. Peter bounded out. Donna is distraught. She can't help recalling Peter's last woman, Emily Benson killer nurse. Marley just wants her to be nice to Jake and the people they love. Exit Marley. Donna "I will never understand this family's penchant for stablehands and grease-monkeys." Enter Peter stomping mad.
Felicia went to Smiley's to buy sticky buns. She greeted Sally and Liz exuberantly. Liz went on ahead to buy gardenias for Kathleen. Sally is resigning to be a full parent to Kevin. She didn't tell Felicia anything about Catlin. Felicia offered her an administrative position and Sally was thrilled. Exit Felicia. Enter Brittany who said to Sally "you did a real cute job fixing up the cabin. Course I would'a' done something a little more interesting with the bed but I guess I can do that myself, can't I?" Sally said "you are really disgusting," and left. Brittany called to make a doctor's appointment. It has to be today. It's URGENT.
Edouard worried about his screen test. Paul dropped by to cheer him up. Edouard snapped at him and stomped off. Paul called Felicia's just as she returned to ask for her help in calming Edouard. She refused to come over. Wally was proud of her.
Peter is mad because Larry called to refuse Donna's offer. He and Donna argued. He told her to leave Jake and Britt alone. She hyperventilated. He refused to bite. She then tried telling him how much she'd loved him since he was born. He said she couldn't use the love to justify her actions. She shoved him out and yelled after him to find out about their money. She decided she could handle Britt.
Liz & Sally visited Kathleen. Liz was terribly tactless as usual and when she realized it she fled. Sally apologized and explained [as she had to Felicia] that she'd really upset her today but she doesn't want to talk about it. Sally pushed Cass' great love at great length [in spite of Kathleen changing the subject] although she was thrilled to hear Edouard was such a help. Kathleen guessed that there was trouble with Catlin because Sally was so big on great love.
Brittany is waiting for her test results. Liz went by and told her she was going to fight her [Sally is too hurt to] and she had no hold over Catlin. Exit Liz. Enter Peter.
Marley went up to the cabin and found Catlin in his undershirt looking rather unwell. He promised her it wasn't catching. She wants to know about Michael. Catlin checked his papers. His Social Security number was traced to a small town in Massachusetts. Marley's thrilled. She thinks she's going to find him.
Peter's there to visit Kathleen. Brittany tried to get rid of him as subtly and quickly as possible. He gave her her invitation. She was Delighted. He said he'd looked in on her late last night but she wasn't home. She told him she'd rushed to a female friend's sick bed. The doctor dashed up with her results. Peter was mercifully [from Brtit's point of view; unluckily [at the very least] from mine] called to the phone before the doctor could tell her her suspicions had been confirmed. She is indeed pregnant. She was thrilled. In her exuberance she ran into Sally. When Sally saw Brittany was the elevator's sole occupant she said she'd take the stairs. Brittany said she didn't care what Catlin did anymore. She stuck to the elevator, having to be careful in her Condition.
Wallingford doesn't want to be a party to Felicia's cleaning urges any more. She can hardly wait to be Fanny Grady married lady. She's sure Edouard will be OK.
Edouard can't be found.
Donna overheard Marley telling Peter over the phone that she'd found Michael.
