ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

December 3, 1984

Mac is trying to find something incriminating about Carl but everything seems to be open and above board. His researcher told him Carl is desperate to buy some horse or other called "Casey's Dream." Considered worthless.

Tony Jones went to Cecile's looking for Cass. Felicia denied all knowledge but Wallingford called out to her about going to the airport to meet Cass & Kathleen. Lily & Felicia tried to cover it up but Tony Jones left for the airport with Rocco, leaving his good (big) friend Spike behind, in case they tried anything like trying to get a message to Cass at the airport.

Nancy received a glorious riding habit. She thanked Rachel rapturously but Rachel hadn't sent it.

Strange music which I have heard before. Could be Cass thinking about Cecile. Probably is. ANYWAY Cass wants to know whose yacht Cecile left on. Kathleen found out it's registered to the crown prince of somewhere. Rumour has it Cecile's in line to be queen before the end of the year. ("Why wait that long," Cass says bitterly. "She's probably known him ten days already.") Cass raved about Cecile's mercenary attitude. To make him feel better Kathleen said "The kingdom is probably the size of the Bay City mall." Cass: "Yeah, and the crown's probably made out of a coconut." Kathleen reminded him of their business and said that Cecile said they could use her house and grounds for their headquarters for a percentage of the gross profits. ("And a pound of flesh, right?" says Cass.) Cass is understandably bitter. Kathleen is now worried about Tony Jones and his reception committee. Kathleen: Tony the Tuna's probably waiting on the tarmac with a firing squad. Cass: Waiting on the Tarmac? That sounds like it's right out of a bad spy novel. Kathleen: A good spy novel. Cass: Don't overdramatize everything. You're giving me a headache.

Felicia and Wallingford are pretending to fight so's to be able to use the phone (?). They're tapping a Morse code message for Cass about Tony the Tuna to Western Union. Lily's trying to play cards with Spike. "Keep your little hands off that fish pile till it's your turn."

The message got to Cass on the plane.

Rachel lacks inspiration still because of Carl. Nancy thanked Mac for the habit but HE knows nothing about it. She thinks it was Perry now. She's off to thank him.

Kathleen was caught by Tony and Rocco but Cass got past in women's clothing. Kathleen told them Cass stood her up at the airport in Majorca. Kathleen made a phone call (to Cass in the next phone booth) under Rocco's eye.

Alice doesn't want Mark to know Emily escaped. He can be released tomorrow. He suspects her of keeping things from him. "I KNOW about Emily," he said in exasperation. "I know Emily got away."

Nancy thanked Perry rapturously (flinging herself into his arms, natch). He's wearing a sweater with the bears paw-to-paw (like the elk antler-to-antler that Mac wore). He denied sending the habit so she called the store who told her it was Carl. She left hurriedly, much to Perry's confusion and disappointment.

Mac gave Jamie a blank cheque to buy "Casey's Dream".

Felicia and Lily and Wallingford tried again. They put on the radio and Felicia and Wallingford tried to dance out the door.

Vince gave Kathleen a minor talking-to but she quelled him. She asked him to help an old friend of hers who had just gone through a terrible horrible awful tragic personal ordeal. Vince agreed to help. Kathleen says her name is Crystal Lake (ooooooh). Vince says he'll treat her like a queen. (Cass wasn't too thrilled to hear that, let me tell you.) Maisie offered to put Crystal up in a room for rent.

Nobody told Mark. He told her of his out of life experience and said he's since known things he shouldn't know. He says Alice brought him back. Mark the psychic. Wow. He doesn't want anyone else to know. He's scared.

I think Crystal's room is Catlin's old one.

Auction. Jamie bid and he almost had it when Sandy walked in and bid over him.
