Kanata Food Cupboard staff and volunteers have fun
as they bring the promise of good cheer to others

Saturday 6 December 2008: as a kind of kick-off to KFC Christmas, a bunch of good-hearted supporters, volunteers and politicians get together at 150 Katimavic, serenaded by an incredibly good band from Holy Trinity High School, and receive financial gifts to pay for turkeys, and gifts of food from all over Kanata, all to ensure that no family in Kanata will be hungry this Christmas. The event has been smoothly organized by Food Cupboard Chairman Art Lamarche. Gordon O'Connor, Norm Stirling, Marianne Wilkinson (right) and Peggy Feltmate - 100% of our local politicians - are all there - wouldn't miss it.
