Huron Fringe Birding Festival 2023

May 28 pm - Birding MacGregor's Interior Shore with Tim Arthur

This trip with Tim Arthur was basically a repeat of the first day’s trip, despite the different name.





However, we did get some new great birds, including Eastern Wood Pewee and Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. Highlight of the DU Pond was a flyover of Common Nighthawks.





We returned to our campsite and reluctantly cancelled our next morning trip with Jeremy Bensette. We knew that breaking camp and driving home would occupy the whole day.





We took one last look at the big lake before retiring.
