Asia is the largest of the seven continents measuring 17,085,000 square miles or 44,283,362 square kilometres.

This represents 29.9 percent of the total land area of the Earth. The other continents are Africa (20.6 percent), North America (14.8 percent), South America (12 percent), Antarctica (10.5 percent), Europe (7 percent), and Australia (5.2 percent). Collectively, these continental areas occupy about 57,100,000 square miles (148,000,000 square kilometers).
