    FreeFind list of changes (Robot)

     What's New As determined by the FreeFind service. This tool periodically scans my website and determined what files have changed most recently. It does not indicate the nature of the changes however.

    Manual list of changes

    • I continue to correct links, and make changes. It's best to use the automatic list above to see what is changed.
    • Changed email address as Canada.Com is closing down.
    • 1-Jun-2010: Added music stand section.
    • 28-dec-00: Added list of internal links on bottom of main page to allow search engines to index it properly.
    • 20-oct-00: Added a popup remote navigation tool - try it! This tool opens in a separate window. It can be kept around to provie site navigation facilities regardless of where you go in the site.
    • 12-mar-00: added automatically generated Site Map
    • 8-mar-00: many new links over the last while, added another JavaScript sample, see the SelectorSet page.
    • 21-feb-00: added links2go search engine to the search page.
    • 21-nov-99: added virus section on the computer page.
    • 20-nov-99: reduced font size on left side of some pages. Added optional navigation frame on top
    • 13-nov-99: added yellow background for browsers not supporting style sheets.
    • 27-Sep-99: Added search tool to hashing page to find hashes.
    • 8-Sep-99: Added a few access keys on the main page and the 'samples for IE' page.
    • 9-Aug-99: Put new email address (mikec-website@canada.com) on all webpages. This address is forwarded to my regular email address. By doing this I'll be able to see how much spam is coming my way from robots scanning my site.
    • 8-Aug-99: Added camping section on the sport page.
    • 2-Jun-99: Added links for FreeFind. This gives a tool to allow you to search my pages, see top of this page. It also provides a tool to list the changed pages and the date of modification.
    • 8-May-99: Split the HTML samples pages into three pages: HTML samples #1 for the simpler samples which work on older browsers, HTML samples #2 for samples which work better on newer browsers and Internet Explorer HTML samples for samples which work on Internet Explorer 4.0 and later.
    • Added new animated GIF in the annimation section of the HTML sample page. Updated left column navigation.
    • Simplified main page, moved details to new table of contents page. Changes to text color, background color, font etc. A few new graphics. Simplified coding for the drop down boxes used to jump to page of interest.
    • Several updates in the Events and Festivals section
    • Check out to see if the bank of canada has some money for you! Bank of Canada See the link in this section, type you name in to the site. I check about 10 and found balances for some of my friends!
    • Some more stuff on the humor page
    • New shorter email address! My old one will continue to work.
    • Humor page downloads section added this contains some of those little programs and graphics that people are always emailing. As they are sometimes large I prefer to put them on the web site here. Those who want to can download and try them. I can send a short email indicating where they are rather than sending the file in a large email.
    • Photography page added, just a few pics so far, more to come.
