February 21, 2015 - 4 km
Today, seven of us; Debbie, Andy, Marc, Pat, Ivan, Katja, and myself drove down to the Charlevoix region of Quebec.
After a quick visit to the park office to register and sort out our food drop on day four we drove a little further to
the start of the traverse, hitting the trail at about 17:00. Travel was quick for the four kilometer ski into the first
hut down a well packed skidoo trail. At the lake we passed a bunch of yahoos with stinky noisy machines tearing around
in circles through the woods. A little while later we came to a real ski trail which took us through some exciting
rolling terrain to the hut, where we arrived just as it was getting dark.
Starting off in a light flurry.

Marc, Pat, and Ivan already into the whisky after a measly 4 km.
