This guitar was built by Bill Scheltema of Canadian Breed Custom Electric Guitars, (most active on Facebook now).
We start with a single piece of old pine for the body (not particularly easy to find):

I asked Bill for a "flowing, smeary piece of Rosewood"... something with movement in it... after some digging he offered up these for my consideration, and I selected the bottom piece:
Carving out the neck:
Custom offset soft V to C neck profile:
Every bit hand made... Custom neck carve with the 9.5" fretboard radius:
Vintage-style clay inlays cut and set by hand:
Polished medium frets:
Time to clean up and get a base coat on the body... 015 is the body on the far left here hanging to dry before colour is applied...
