DESCRIPTION
Three season cottage with breathtaking sunsets and great swimming only 30 minutes from Ottawa and 5 minutes from Wakefield. Located on Lac Gauvreau in Masham, this three-bedroom cottage with glassed in verandah and huge decks overlooking the lake sleeps 6 comfortably. This waterfront cottage has a hard sandy beach with a gradual drop off. Cottage is located on a quiet dead end road and the lake is quiet during the week and a little busier on weekends with few motorized boats. Cottage is minutes from Wakefield, Gatineau Park, and grocery and liquor stores.
INTERIOR
Interior features a large kitchen with fridge, stove, a large dining/living room, T.V., DVD player, bedrooms and a washroom with shower. Enclosed verandah, 24’ X 10’ has a pullout couch and large windows overlooking the lake.
EXTERIOR
Walk out to a huge, sunny deck overlooking the lake, or you can walk a few steps which lead to 100 + feet of waterfront. Here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets or during the day, you can swim and enjoy the sun. Pedal boat on site is included in the rental, and lake is ideal for canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing. (not included) Motorboats are permitted, but there is no boat launch at the cottage. (Municipal boat launch nearby.) An outdoor fireplace by the lake is perfect for cool evenings.

PETS
Pet deposit will be required. Renters must clean up after their pet and keep dogs leashed. Loud dogs that bark constantly should be left at home. Cats permitted, vacuum provided for clean up.
