DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In addition to the rental fees, a $250.00 damage/cleaning deposit is required. Deposit will be returned after the rental period. Cleaning supplies are provided and renters are asked to clean prior to check out. A $100.00 cleaning charge will be applied for any lengthy property or cottage clean up. It is recommended that damage be noted upon arrival to avoid disagreements.
