 September 23rd, 2007 - 02:05 pm Mood - Tired Hey Web World! Well the updates are becoming more sporadic then I intended. I hope everyone understands that no news is good news...ok...so many of you have mentionned that I have neglected my "duties" in letting you all know what's up with little me. So here goes. I am single again, not that I ever wasn't really. Turns out it just wasn't meant to be. I'm ok with this as I wasn't sure I was really ready to take the plunge into anything to serious. Enough about that. I have little sadder news to report. My hamster, Bagheera, passed away about a month ago. She lived a good long while though, 22 mths to be exact. Oct 2005 - Aug 2007. I enjoyed having her while she was with me, but I must admit that caring for one less animal isn't so bad, so no I won't be getting another one. I had originally planned on giving that one to my nephew, but my brother changed his mind at the last minute, so I was stuck with her. She was a cutie though, as far as hamsters go anyway. R.I.P. Baggy.
As for the rest of the little zoo, everyone else is doing relatively well. Jade is dealing with typical age associated things that cats deal with. And Baloo like to injure himself running into things even if he is somewhere where he has all the space in the world. His most recent ailment is at least of unknown origin. He somehow has managed to get himself a slight case of pink eye...which sucks as I have been told that I may get it because he has it. Oh well, I'll just be extra careful and I have gotten him some drops to help heal him faster. It's strange that he allows me to put them in. Now I am off to go check if I have any recent photos of them to share... This is a shot of Boo and Slick. They are the best of friends those two. Unfortunately, Jade has no interest in being any psrt of that friendship. I don't seem to have any pics of her from this summer. I guess I should do something about that.

The next few need a little explaining. A friend had asked that I make motivational posters out of photos of her kids. Before I make them she asked that I post a few basic examples so she can see if I can get the right type of quotes and if I had the right idea for what she had in mind. So I made some using my dog, Baloo, as the model. They don't look quite as they would full size or with the full effort put in, but they are pretty much along the lines of what she wanted
