How to create this html for Excel 2010

1) Select area desired.
2) Click "Save As"
3) Change formal to "html,html"
3) Change filename to SF.html
4) Select the Range (not the 'sheet'). Range should indicate your selection
5) Publish

It does not seem to be able to save to Z (external drive) for some reason.
But file will be save under C:\Users\<user>\Documents. Just copy from there to here.
