Booking Process
Basic Help
I have created this page to provide some help for potential clients who want to understand the Booking Process, and also to make it easy to follow the necessary steps.
The Basic Steps:
- First you contact us via e-mail with your accommodation preference and the time or dates you desire.
- We will contact you back, check availability with resort, and notify you of results.
- Once availability is confirmed you should check with airlines to confirm flights are available for your desired dates of travel.
- Then you let us know if you want to proceed with booking.
- If then you desire to proceed with booking, we will need name of lead guest travelling to resort, and photo ID will be needed for check-in.
- We will send rental agreement.
- You fill out rental agreement, and send back.
- Then you submit payment of rental fees only, through PayPal ( the all-inclusive fees, if applicable, are paid to resort at time of check-in)
- We then send booking to resort and send you a confirmation.
- The resort process the booking (takes a day or two business days) and sends booking number and booking confirmation to us and we send to you .
- Then we will need your flight info so we can arrange for your airport transfers. (Airport transfers in Dominican Republic are included in price)
- Once you arrive at resort you will need to contact VIP services via phone in room as to your return times for flight back home. This can be done at any time during stay but should be completed 2 days prior to departure. Transportation will be free of charge but you will need to verify times with them.
- We will also provide you with phone numbers and contacts for customer service as well as our phone numbers should you need further assistance.
- It's your Holiday and it should be smooth and enjoyable, and we will do our best to make it that way.
