Quick Release Mounting Brackets:
To mount a pony tank or canister light on the side of the main tank, securely, with no side play. The pony bottle or canister light may be positioned easily to be off-set to the side of the main tank to a streamlined profile or perpendicular to the main tank. Two mounting positions for the pony bottle or canister dive light are obtained by repositioning the quick release pin.
The bracket measures 6 1/4 inches long, Quick Release Pin(s) and all the necessary mounting hardware is included.
QR-BC The BC 2" cam band version permits the single tank user to leave the main tank mounting adapter permanently affixed to the BC 2" cam band, without having to remove the hardware when changing primary tanks. Comes with 2 hose clamps for the pony bottle or canister dive light.
QR-BC238 Similar to QR-BC, except that the male portion of the unit is designed to mount on canister lights or tanks that are 2 3/8" in diameter.
QR-HC The Hose Clamp version is designed primarily for the twin tank configurations (may also be used by the single tank user). When switching tanks an additional main tank mounting section (female) is required for each tank system being used. Comes with 2 hose clamps for the pony bottle/canister dive light and 2 hose clamps for the main tank.
QR-HC238 Similar to QR-HC, except that the male portion of the unit is designed to mount on canister lights or tanks that are 2 3/8" in diameter.
QR-BM Below (bottom of) the main tank mounting system is designed to provide a streamlined profile, thereby reducing drag for the diver. Found to be extremely useful, when diving in strong currents or entering/working in confined spaces. Comes with 2 hose clamps for the pony bottle/canister dive light and 2 hose clamps for the main tank.
Finish: black, clear, gold anodized aluminum, un-anodized. The quick release pin and split ring are made of stainless steel (QR-PSR). Specify pony bottle diameter and/or canister model number or diameter and main tank diameter (where applicable) when ordering.
