A crisis is developing at Quinte West City Hall as evidence emerges that the Mayor and council have colluded to overthrow the local government and replace it with an authoritarian state. Long known to be the source of our local housing, work and food security crisis, they refuse to obey Canada’s top laws and have completely rejected our 1982 Canadian Constitution Act. As a result, they have been under active investigation at the highest level of authority as the leading source of social crime in the Quinte region. According to the law, elected officials that refuse to represent and defend citizens, who instead work against the law and against the principles and practices of our Canadian Constitution commit the indictable Criminal Code offence of sedition and can be sent to prison for up to 14 years. When they further issue plans that will lead to the death of this generation of Canadian children by attacking their Section 7 rights to life, the Criminal Code concern is treason which carries a life sentence. The Mayor and council are well known for their Section 15 violations of citizen equality and equal benefit under the law. They commonly issue edicts with no basis in law and threaten residents if they do not obey. In a strongly worded Supreme Court of Canada ruling, Canada’s top judges said this “the purpose of affording constitutional protection against the deprivation of liberty is to safeguard the entitlement to make decisions of fundamental importance free from state interference (R. v. Harrison 2009 2SCR 494 at [53]). Citizens say the Mayor and council have gone rogue, forming a gang working against government. In a major class action lawsuit, stating this. “When the Mayor issues edicts with no basis in fact or reality, that vastly interfere with all critical aspects of our lives and directly threaten the survival of our children, we take this as strong evidence of intent to break the law, to work against citizens and to work against the intent of our democratic Constitution. We are further alarmed by issues of incompetency and mental illness, all of which is evident throughout QWCH documents, actions and operations.” Section 1.1 at [24] Most recently, the Mayor and council seized control of all public land and assets, claiming Canadian land as their own, rejecting the law to engage in real estate speculation. Instead of responding to citizens in distress struggling to afford food and shelter, they voted to change our legitimate government into an unlimited-profit investment company to be run by financial directors. In Canada, local complaints reach the highest levels of government, as letters to Members of Parliament and the Office of the Prime Minister. Workers at the highest level of government are also frustrated by officials in lower-level government that refuse to obey the law. They cannot offer legal advice, but local residents whose lives have been crushed by City Hall cannot afford a lawyer. That stalemate was broken recently when justice workers realized that in 1982, Canadians won the Charter right to direct access to the law. A Canadian Charter Action Group was formed, the Ccats, allowing all those with knowledge of the law to freely assist those without. A framework for action was created, allowing citizens to directly tackle corruption. And to create a powerful legal action plan to save the lives of this generation of Canadian kids. That case for action is now on TrentonNews.ca, entitled Citizens vs. The Directors of Quinte West City Hall Generational Hate Crimes Committed by Human Rights Abuses, Criminal Negligence, Reckless Endangerment, Criminal Code Violations, Rejection of Law, Sedition and Treason Some members of the Ccats working at the highest levels of authority and on matters of national security require privacy. But in a written statement say: “Under our Canadian Charter, it is not our identity or personalities that matter, but that the ideas of democracy are held above all. We want all Canadians to know the principles, practices and processes of our Canadian Constitution in which all Canadians are born equal in rights and freedoms. Your voice is equal to ours. Acting in Freedom Under the Law and understanding your situation, we created a case outline for free public use. Making clear the powers of caring Canadians to act on all matters of urgent importance, to tackle our issues and save our children from a difficult to dire future.” In emergency response to local and global crisis, the C-cats have issued an urgent callout to the top minds across Canada to participate in the greatest mission in the history of our country, preparing a Charter plan to save this generation of Canadian kids. This national invitation has been posted on TrentonNews.ca, along with the public class action lawsuit open to all Quinte residents whose lives have been crippled and crushed by this Mayor and council. An emergency callout for an acting Mayor and council has been issued.
