Savegre Mountain Hotel
This was our last day, and a short one, since we had to get to the San José airport by noon. Once again, we were up early looking for Resplendent Quetzals in the spot where they had been seen before. Once again, we got a few glimpses, but it was too dark for photographs.

After breakfast, we quickly returned to the spot, and there they were, finally in better light. The highlight of the trip at the very last minute!

We loaded the bus for the last time, and grabbed a few
last-minute hummingbird photos.
Then it was on to San José airport and our flights home.
