Our business meeting is an important part of the Family Reunion and I would ask for all adults to take a couple of moments to reflect upon what can be done to make our next get together a success. I will have video and audio recordings of the whole proceedings of the business meeting and minutes will be taken. This year's meeting will include elections for people to serve on our next reunion's organization and leadership. All positions are open to the family.
I rely on the encouragement, guidance and support of all my cousins, especially those more experienced members of the family who's counsel will be vital and who are concerned that things be done right.
Any motions should have a proposed text and the day of the reunion, we will proceed with a motioner and a seconder. It would be suggested that some commentary/rationale might be included with the motion. The motions will be considered at the reunion business meeting.
The chairperson will be myself or someone elected by the family

Here's what will be happening in the months leading to your reunion:
Denise will get in contact with a small group of key family members and establish working groups. The Hamilton Township hall is already reserved. We will have adequate chairs, tables and use of the fridges, stoves, kitchen pots, pans, dishes and cutlery as we did last time.
Reports to the members should be from the President, and others which are to be expected prior to the meeting.
On 8 August at 2:30, everything will be in place for the meeting and it will begin. The meeting will end at approximately 3:30.
August 08 2:30pm to 3:30pm EST
