Fire tore through St. Paul's Catholic Church in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau on Thursday morning.
Firefighters were called to St. Paul's Catholic Church at about 1:40 a.m. and arrived to find flames and smoke roaring out
of the stone-framed structure. The blaze raged for hours, devouring virtually everything inside the walls, collapsing the steeple and
roof. The fire is being investigated as a possible arson.
