NANOHA'S SPELLS:

**DEFENSIVE**

1. AREA SEARCH
Description: Searches a circular area surrounding Nanoha for an object of which she is already familiar with.  More successes allows for searching within a larger area.
Total Power Level: 1+

2. PROTECTION
Auto-guard magic, creates a small sphere of protection against a nearby blast or thrown projectiles.  Will not protect against assault with a deadly weapon (though may deflect slightly at GM discretion).
Power Level: 1+

3. ROUND SHIELD
Creates a shield capable of protecting against any magical assault or assault with a weapon, however only works in one direction as specified by caster.
Power Level: 3+

4. RESTRICT LOCK
Binding-type magic, restricts the movements off a person or being in place for a certain number of turns.  Appears in the form of binds on wrists and ankles, so action that does not require them is possible.
Power Level: 3+

5. FLIER FIN
Creates wing fins on the shoes allowing flight capability.  Minimal success allows an escape, higher success may allow flight to continue while other attacks are parried or prepared.
Power Level: 4+

6. FLASH MOVE
Temporary increase in speed, allowing for a fast dodge, or to shift positions from being in front of assailant to being behind them.
Power Level: 4+


**OFFENSIVE**

1. DIVINE BUSTER
Particle beam shot. Target must be in line with shot. Extension for longer distances is possible with added power.
Power Level: 3+

2. AXEL SHOOTER
Creates a number of energy balls which can be targeted upon creation or guided in air, allowing for an attack on all sides.
Power Level: 4+

3. BREAK SHOOT
Larger area particle beam shot, releases in two stages - one similar to divine buster, followed by a wider area attack to catch a dodge or inflict damage on an otherwise larger target. Somewhat unstable.
Power Level: 5+

4. STARLIGHT BREAKER
Requires residual magic in the area and 5-10 seconds to collect it in front of her. Unleashes the magic back towards a target tenfold. Shatters most barriers (particularly if magic was leached from them), knocks most people out.
Power Level: 6+
