ANOTHER WORLD DAILY SYNOPSIS.

July 23, 1986

Donna demanded Michael tell her what he was up to.

MJ asked Adam why he called Michael so much. He said he was a friend. She demanded he tell her what he was up to.

Cass ordered Cecile to talk. She gave in. Czaja and LaRusso set up the recorders. She advised them to talk to her accountant. They told her the King had killed him. They asked about her property in the United States. She rattled on. Cass and Kathleen chatted quietly.

Michael said he was just weird and no one was in danger and he was worried about her money. Donna: and that's why you're so busy these days, because you're worrying about my money. Michael: does that offend you? Donna: well at least I know why you're so interested in me. Michael: that obvious, huh? Donna: flagrant. Michael: well, I might as well come right out with it then. Donna: might as well. Michael: look, if I marry you, will you give it all to me? Donna: MARRY me. I didn't say anything about marriage. Michael: no, I did. But I want to make sure that you're going to give me the whole works, Blackie, I mean, I want it all, right? The money, everything. Adam phoned and Michael had to flee. Donna is thrilled to utter death.

Adam told MJ he'd level with her as soon as he could. He told her she was a terrific cop. She was unmoved. He told her she was a great cop but she wasn't good at being complimented.

Vince is having a bad day. (The man has bad centuries.) MJ appeared to talk to him. Zane rushed off as the result of a note from Adam. Greg and Nancy are going somewhere.

Rachel showed Felicia a sculpture in the stables. It's so BIG. Felicia hedged about her opinion. Rachel said she was desperately insecure about it and hated it at times. Felicia admitted her feelings were mixed and rushed her to lunch.

Cecile told them everything she could remember. Not enough to satisfy Czaja and LaRusso. Cass added what little he knew. Cecile denied it. Cass took Czaja and LaRusso aside and suggested they leave him alone to work on her. He asked for lunch and garbage bags. They went out obligingly.

Adam took Phone calls and lured someone over pretending to be Cecile's personal secretary. He thinks it would be a good idea to find Gloria. He told Michael the newspapers in Paraguay were full of the King's death and their man had leased a Lear jet. Michael decided it was time to get his family out of Bay City. He phoned Donna and suggested Europe. She was pleased. She confided in Bridget in raptures.

MJ told Vince what she knew and said they had to keep it quiet by going along with Jake's interpretation. She took Nancy aside and made her say she wouldn't tell a soul and keep an eye on Vince.

Cass has a plot. They wrote notes begging for help and the police. Cecile is supposed to be watching the door. They refused to let her sign her name. She said she wanted to write her own note then. ("They'll see her [Kathleen's] name on it and leave us here.") Czaja and LaRusso returned and demanded to see what they had. Cass said they were lists of Cecile's things and he wanted to write it all down. Czaja snatched it and Cass had the presence of mind to write some things down.

Adam and Michael asked Zane to look for Gloria. They told him he couldn't tell Felicia. Rachel wailed she'd lost her inspiration. Nancy and Greg wandered in and Donna roared up.

The captives strongly advised that the garbage be taken out. Cass offered to help carry it. Czaja threatened Cecile. Kathleen suggested she tell all and save Cass' life and her [Cecile's] own. Cecile agreed. LaRusso escorted Cass outside. He strategically scattered notes.

Donna told Bridget how wonderful life was. Michael returned and Bridget smothered him with gratitude and congratulations. The congratulations escaped Michael. Donna gave him a ring inscribed LOVE CONQUERS ALL. He asked if she'd thought this was a honeymoon. She asked if he hadn't.

Zane phoned Adam from the Pig Whistle and said Gloria was there. Adam told him to buy her dinner.

Some kids traded baseball cards. They wanted to go to an amusement park but they didn't have money. They scrounged for cans and found the pleas for help signed by our captives.

Cass said they [Cass and Kathleen and Cecile] could go, considering Cecile had given them [Czaja and LaRusso] everything from A to zed. (He said ZED. He said ZED. HOW NICE.) LaRusso asked about the trump card. Cecile said it was just a joke. LaRusso said they'd torture Cass horribly. Kathleen said NO.
