Printable Soccer Game Cards

The Soccer Referee Game Cards can be downloaded and printed on standard 8.5x11 letter paper in Portrait Mode. Each page provides you with 4 game cards that fit within a standard pocket card holder. These are provided to assist and organize the match recording for both center Referees and Assistant Referees in their matches.

Suggestions for Cutting out the pages
The page is maximized in order to get 4 game cards printed per sheet. How you cut out the cards will give you little extras of space which will make capturing the information all the easier. It is suggested that all round the table area printed you add 3/4cm (75mm) beyond the lines. Cards should be separated by cutting on the line just above the ******* Identification ******* line. Cut out in this way these cards will fit tightly into your pocket card holder and the entry cells will be readily available and centered within your book.

Suggestions for Assignment Preparation of Pages
The Identification Line allows you to note tournament or match specific directions for Duration(Dur__), Color Changes (Col__),Substitution points (Sub..), Over-Time (Dur__,SO__) formats. Also provided are spots for you to note the Rule (R__)where these specifications are found in league or tournament rules. Fill in also the Competition, League or Tournament name of the match, its location, its Date and its Kick Off time. You can also note who the Center, AR1 and AR2 names are so that you know who you will be working with.

Suggestions for Pre-Game Usage of Pages
Fill in the teams, who is Home and Away, their Uniform colors. Confirm that the correct Referee team has assembled and record any last minute substitutions in these. At the coin toss use the team ID line to note who is the Captain and which end they defend first and who has first ball.

Suggestions for In-Game Usage of Pages
Fill in the ******* Scores ******* area with both number and minutes into play when they occurred. If there are cards use the ******* Cautions & Dismissals ******* area to record numbers, type of card and time of offence. If there are Injuries or other things use Special Incidents area to report or card/dismissal details to record then use the are at the bottom of the page for this. Know also that you can turn the page over and continue your notes there. These notes written just after incidents can be critical during discipline, legal or insurance follow-ups.

Suggestions for After Game Usage of Pages
Keep the game cards as you record of what happened and your participation in the match. Use these as your translation of info to formal Game Reports, Special Incident Reports and Discipline reports required by you. You can use this as a handy check to ensure reconciliations of any payments which will come from the league or tournament. You can also use these as reminders of the events that you saw and recorded for discipline, injury or insurance purposes later.
