The Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change reports on the economics of climate change to the UK Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer.  It was prepared by Sir Nicholas Stern, Head of the Government Economic Service and Adviser to the Government on the economics of climate change and development.
