E-mail from Around the World

On 09 Decmeber, the following message was individually sent to over 30 people and publicly posted on two teacher-related listservers:

I'm a teacher of a grade 9 Social Studies class at Discovery Collegiate in Bonavista, Newfoundland, Canada. The course is called "Atlantic Canada in a Global Community" and as a section of that course we are looking at how the global community is becoming smaller due to increased communications (such as the Internet).

As a way to test this topic, we are sending out an e-mail that we would like you to respond to (please use the e-mail address: mkb@ncf.ca), stating your name and location. In addition, we would like you to forward this on to as many of your friends as possible.

We thank you in advance for your participation in our project.
