Individuals with ADD/ADHD often struggle with just managing to meet the
daily obligations we face. Often we don't have much energy left at the end
of the day to get out and attend meetings. Yet there is much to be gained
from finding out that you are not alone in the battle and to share with
fellow ADDers how to overcome the daily obstacles in our lives. From
hooking up with a meeting "buddy", establishing a telephone tree, or
arranging car pools, these are all strategies that we can consider to help
keep us on track.
