Fluoride-Free Ottawa (ffo-olf.org): You don't need to dose the whole body. There isn't even (as far as I'm aware) any high-quality (double-blind) evidence that it helps prevent tooth decay at all. This drug doesn't have to be imposed on everyone without permission. Users of baby formula are advised by authorities to use non-fluoridated water to mix the formula. Breastmilk is extremely low in fluoride, suggesting that nature believes babies are better off without this known toxin. Gatineau doesn't put fluoride in their water.
