Rev is from Linda Fitzmaurice's Gambler x Dini (AKC/CKC/NSDTRC-USA Ch. Pikkinokka's Hot4 Javahill) August 2004 "Right Stuff" litter.  Rev was "Carbon" in the litter.  He arrived here at Gold 'N Toller in April 2005.  He's allot like his sire, Gambler and also reminds me of his great grandpa Tawney

Until mid-2007 I co-owned Rev with his breeders Linda Fitzmaurice and Meredith Noreen.  Shortly after his third birthday Linda and Meredith gifted me with this handsome and talented boy and I'm thrilled now to be able to say he's all mine.  A huge thank you to Linda and Meredith for this incredible gift.

He completed his Canadian Championship in April 2006 after just 2 weekends of showing.  Shortly after, in July 2006 he earned his U.S. Club WCI and WCX titles the same weekend.  He was just 22 months of age when he earned his WCX title, the youngest at the time, a record that held for 2 years .  A little later that summer he added a Senior Hunter leg to his list of accomplishments and quickly followed that up with his Canadian WCX title.

2007 was spent in the field.  In August, shortly after his 3rd birthday, he earned his first Master Hunter leg.  Only 5 of 14 dogs passed that day, including his housemate "Bizzy".

Rev has been the centrefold twice in "Gun Dog Magazine".  In 2005 photographer Tony Zappia took some incredible photos of 10 month old Rev.  Here's a photo of the 2006 magazine:

Rev and Tally - 2007

In October Rev travelled to the 2007 U.S. National Specialty.  On Saturday Laura Norie piloted him to a win in the competitive Open Dog class and then onto Reserve Winners Male.  On Sunday Rev was the only dog to pass the WCX test.  A truly successful and fun Specialty!

In August 2008, Rev completed his Canadian Master Hunter title.  Rev had run in 6 Master Hunter tests, passing them all, earning 5 CKC MH legs to add to the one earned in 2007 and earning his first AKC MH leg.

In October 2008 we travelled to California for the NSDTRC-USA National Specialty.  Rev won Best of Winners for a 5 point major in conformation on Friday and went on to pass the Master Hunter test on Saturday and the Working Certificate Excellent test on Sunday.  Needless to say we were thrilled with the results!  Here's a picture of us in the conformation ring - I would have smiled but I was busy trying to breathe!
