Big brother to our most popular speaker with a big, powerful sound. The Studio 115 is a high-quality customizable speaker cabinet for performance, studio, and practice applications with guitar or other amplified instruments. The cabinet features a single Celestion 15" driver with an optional high frequency section for extended frequency range and improved attack, using either an array of small cone speakers or a single compression driver. In addition to electric guitars and other instruments, the extended frequency version of this cabinet is particularly well-suited for use with acoustic instruments. This cabinet can be used in either stand-alone applications or as an expansion cabinet with a combo to produce a rich and powerful soundstage.
The cabinet uses a single Celestion G15V-100 Fullback ceramic-magnet speaker in a tuned front-vented enclosure. It is conservatively rated for 75W at 8Ω nominal impedance. The cabinet measures approximately 26.5" wide x 21.5" tall x 14.5" deep and weighs about 60 lb. This cabinet is not recommended for bass guitar.
